Egg Biscuits are sweet, light tasty tea-time snack items, chewy biscuits made with egg and maids. And like small kinds of gold coins, these biscuits are available in almost all bakeries in Pakistan, No baking powder or baking soda will added any additional ingredients, easy to make at home, prepared with few ingredients, and baked around 10-15 minutes hardly.

I love to have these with hot tea, these small gold coins have been my hot favorite since my childhood, I remember those days when I used to bring them from the nearby bakery by taking some money from my mother ๐Ÿ˜Š

Let me share one thing with all to be very honest, I wasn’t good at baking but gradually with time I learned tips and tricks of baking I still may not be perfect but I keep trying and experimenting a lot to do better in baking, just make this egg biscuit I tried twice then I could able to share here.

In short, you may fail in the first attempt to make perfect cooking or baking but never give up nor lose hope always keep trying as perfection only comes through practice.

So let’s begin                      

Tips:
  1. All ingredients which are going to be used in biscuits should be at room temperature.
  2. Before filling the cookie batter into the piping bag just check its consistency by putting a drop of cookie batter on a flat surface.
  3. If they are spreading on the surface need to add more flour about 2-3 tbsp otherwise they will spread on the tray after putting them in the oven.
  4. Baking time depends on your oven quality, my cookies were ready around 10-15 minutes. 
  5. Egg biscuits haven't fixed size and shape 
  6. Because if they go out of shape not worry at all
  7. You can make small to medium or even big by choice   
  8. Serve the next day as cookies are not enough crisp till 3-4 hours after taking them out of the oven, better serve the next day

To make this recipe first line the baking tray to it grease the tray with oil line the butter paper keep aside.

Sift the flour and add salt and food color.

Stir to combine well and keep aside, Turn on the oven at 180 C to preheat

Take a mixing deep bowl then put eggs in the bowl lightly whisk them first with the help of a whisker then add powdered sugar, and whisk them together for 3 minutes until well combined.

Then add melted butter and lemon essence.e

Keep whisking for around 5 minutes till everything is incorporated.

Now add flour little by little, Keep mixing slowly with the whisker.

Before filling the batter into the piping bag check its consistency.y
                



Now transfer all cookie batter into the piping bag.

Carefully put the small or medium-sized cookie batter on a baking tray by rotating your hand.d

Put the baking tray into the oven and bake the cookies at 180 c for 10-15 minutes.

Once the started aroma comes out and the bottom edges of the cookies are getting brown your cookies are ready.

Transfer to the plate, When they are cooled completely keep them in the airtight container.

Calzone Pizza is a cheesy, flaky brown crust relish recipe that is a turnover of pizza dough stuffed with various fillings and cheese fried or baked originated in Naples this is actually Italian food. 

This recipe is made with ingredients that are like a pizza, but they are not the same it is folded into a crescent shape before it is baked, Honestly speaking I tried this recipe the first time but trust me this first attempt has been successful, here I prepared mince filling with white sauce for stuffing in the calzon.e

You can prepare desirable fillings such as vegetables, chicken, or even beef mutton Additionally, I used red chili powder to make my calzone spicy, whereas Italian pizza doesn’t require red pepper, they use paprika powder instead of red chili powder but as I mentioned above I wanted spicy calzone so I did you can use to tas.te.

Tips for making Perfect Calzones:
  1. The part of this calzone recipe that requires the most skill is making the dough. Our homemade Pizza Dough recipe is our tried and true method and has all the instructions you need to break down making pizza dough at home.
  2. Fully sautรฉ mince before filling. Make sure to sautรฉ your mince before filling the calzone. Sautรฉing the mince releases most of its liquid, so you won’t wind up with a soggy calzone.
  3. Don’t overstuff it! When filling a calzone pizza, add less cheese and mince filling than you think you’ll need. An overstuffed calzone will start oozing in the oven and the crust will get soggy. Overfilling it will also make it tougher to crimp the edges of the calzone closed and will make the whole process incredibly messy (it’d still be delicious though!

Take a saucepan and add butter. Heat it on low flame until the butter is melted. Once the butter has melted, add chopped garlic and sautรฉ it on low flame for a minute. 

Then pour in milk, followed by cream and cheese. Stir everything well on a low flame until everything is incorporated. Remove it from the flame. Your white sauce is ready! You can keep it aside for later use.

Take another pan or pot and add oil. Heat it up and then add chopped onions. Sautรฉ them for 3-4 minutes on medium flame until they become translucent. Now add the mincemeat and fry it with the onions until the water dries up.

Add the powder and spices, mix well, and then add the herbs. Keep mixing on low-medium flame while adding mushrooms and white sauce to the mince.

Stir to combine well.
                                         

Allow the minced meat to cook on medium flame until
the oil. Separates. Then, add flour to the meat and stir well to combine. The filling is now ready to be set aside.               
                 
                                   




Punch the dough to remove excess air, Shift it to the working surface, dust the flour_knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes, and divide into equal portions. Then give it to a ball shape.

Take one dough ball and place it on a floured surface. Gently press the dough ball and then roll it until it becomes a round shape of around 5-6 inches in diameter. Use a fork to pierce the roti to prevent it from puffing up. Next, apply pizza sauce on one half of the dough circle.

Add the mince filling mixture, cheese, black olives, and a pinch of oregano to the same half of the dough. Be sure to leave about ½ inch of space around the edge of the dough.

Fold the dough in half to form a half-moon shape, crimp the edges with a fork, and transfer the calzone to the baking tray using a spatula.

Repeat the same process for all three calzones, and place them on the baking tray. Cover the tray and allow the calzones to rise for an additional 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C. 

Brush the calzones with a milk wash and then make small slits with a sharp knife. Bake the calzones at 200°C until they are golden brown, which should take around 20-25 minutes.

Remove calzones from the oven and spread butter on top.

Cover with a kitchen napkin and let sit for 5 minutes.

It's a very great snack to have during the rainy season, The main ingredients are bread and mince, I am using some beef mince, veggies, and some spices to fill these bread rolls but you can use anything you want..

I am already thinking of chicken, boiled eggs, and cheese for the next time popular deep-fried snack recipe made with leftover sandwich bread slices and potato/mince stuffing. It is an interesting appetizer or even a party starter recipe that would be appreciated by all age groups. It is simple and easy to make and can be made within an hour yet deliver a mouth-watering evening snack.

Bread snacks have become an integral part of many Pakistani households. Many snacks can be made with leftover bread slices and also mimic other snacks with these bread slices. One such popular street food snack is the bread roll recipe made with spiced mince/potato and another kind of stuffing.

Bread rolls are one such unique deep-fried snack appreciated by not only kids but also all age groups. I personally make it with any left-over dry potato having said that it does not take much time to cook and cook the stuffing anyway..

Tips for making perfect Bread Balls:
  1. I would heavily recommend using white flat sandwich bread slices for this recipe. Do not use wheat, multi-grain, or even brown bread as you may not get the same desired result
  2. Secondly, if you are preparing the stuffing freshly, ensure to dry and cool it down before using it in the bread
  3. Once it is cooled down, you will find it easy to shape and roll it.
  4. Lastly, do not forget to dip and squeeze the bread slices in water before stuffing them. Also, press the bread slice gently making sure all the excess water is drained off. This would ensure it would absorb less oil while deep frying.

Take a separate small bowl crack the egg add a pinch of salt whisk it well until gets fluffy.

Cut all four edges of bread slices, soak bread slices one by one in water for 4-5 seconds, hold slices between your palms, and squeeze well to wring the water out.




On a plate take out all bread crumbs.

    In a pan pour cooking oil heat it add ginger garlic paste, saute it for a minute on medium-low flame, and stir to mix it well on low-medium flame.e

    Let it cook until the water dries out.

    Now add powdered spices along with boiled peas by splashing some water on the mince and stir to combine well for 2-3 minutes. Tes

    Allow cooking on low-medium flame for 5 min. utes



    Then remove the lid and add tomato puree further stir to mix them together with mince on low flame-medium, and allow to further cook for 5 minutes.       
                              



    Once the water has evaporated from the mince mixture add the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine well. 

                                    


    Turn off the flame and then add lemon juice_Stir to mix well for a minute.

    Shift to another bowl and let it cool down completely.

      In a small bowl pour some water to bind the bread pakora ball, Wet your hand first then keep one soaked slice on your left hand then place 1 tbsp mince filling in the center of a bread slice.e

      From the right hand give it to a firm and tight oval/round shape as desired, repeat the same process to make all bread rolls, and keep asi.de

      Now take 1 bread pakora dip it into the egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs.

      Place all prepared bread rolls on the tray and repeat the same thing with all bread rolls set aside.

      In a frying pan pour oil and heat it well on high to medium flame, then slide bread rolls carefully, fry 3-4 bread rolls in each batch.h

      Fry each side of the bread roll for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame until they turn to a nice golden brown col. or

      Drain them out from the oil and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
