Fried pizza balls are literally lip-smacking crispy evening snacks, a delicious savory fried snack, Baked, or Fried Pizza Balls are so easy and fun to make and of course yummy
Making pizza balls is so easy. I basically used pizza dough and some desirable veggies, spices, instant pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Beat that! Once I made the pizza dough and prepared veg stuffing I just rolled it out just like you would if you were making pizza, mine was about 1/4 inch in thickness and I used a 2-inch cookie cutter to cut out the rounds.
You could use mozzarella 1-inch cubes of cheese or if you’re like me just use grated cheese, and place the fillings and cheese in the center of each round, press the edge to seal, and shape into a ball.
And repeat until you’re done. I then fried my balls and served
And because I knew you guys were going to ask me if these balls could be baked, I baked some for you as well. Here you have the baked healthier version!
Right there you can stuff the fillings of your choice. I prepared veg pizza balls this will be great pizza for vegetarians or those who haven't an oven also these pizza balls are the best for kid’s tiffin boxes. here I will show you two types of methods of making pizza balls

Recipe notes:
Pizza dough: good kneading pizza dough is the base of every delicious pizza and tastes depends on the pizza base rather than the topping. if the dough isn’t kneaded well and doesn’t let the dough rest enough your pizza crust becomes hard and remains uncooked while the cheese will turn brown.
Veg Stuffing: I prepared veg stuffing in which I used yellow and red bell peppers, jalapenos, tomato, and mushrooms while you can use your choice veg. the rest of the spice and herbs will remain the same while you can use any nonveg fillings of your choice.
Pizza seasoning: this is an essential ingredient for making delicious and aromatic pizza you can follow my recipe by clicking here or can be used as store-bought pizza seasoning
Pizza sauce: here I used instant pizza sauce instead of regular pizza sauce as having finished my HOMEMADE PIZZA sauce I would use pizza sauce rather than store-bought you can use homemade or store-bought it ups to you
Crumbs: usually, people use bread crumbs for the frying stuff here I brought some changes in crumbs is that I made crumbs from cornflakes and nurture instead of bread These crumbs has quite a delicious and unique taste to regular BREADCRUMBS Once you try must
