Beef grail is simple and easy meat dish content on meat and spices, prepared with little spices it is mainly origin from Patna Bihar India. those readers who belong to where they can actually understand this dish.
If it is said it will not be wrong beef grail is one of the unique recipes that is made at Bihari household. I am making grail with  calf(cow)meat you can even use mutton and lamb as desired

It's my family version my mother and grandmother used to cook at Eid ul Adha but I thought why I can’t share this recipe with all at eid ul Fitr festival where the people sick of this have sweets a lot all the time

Right there can be changed their mouth taste to share this unique and tasty recipe but once try must and the most important thing it can be prepared grail with few spices  I won’t say it's the quick recipe but can say easy recipe that is ready within an hour but depends on meat quality,
This delicious recipe can be served with rotisnaan, and bread slices so let the go-ahead know how to cook beef grail with step by step photos
                                                 



We Need:             


Firstly wash the meat very well under the running water so that blood could be removed from the meat

Rinse and chop coarsely onions, ginger, and garlic, In the grinder jar put onions, ginger, cloves black cardamom, and black peppercorn, blend them well until a smooth paste

Take a separate bowl put beef then add onion paste, mix them well and keep in the fridge for marinating for around 30 minutes
Meantime boil water in the saucepan for adding in the grail
Noteyou may have noticed often I always use the boil and hot water in the cooking the reason when you add plain water in the curry or rice cooking will be stopped immediately and you can’t get the actual result that you want

    After 30 minutes place a cooker on the stove then add oil heat it, put marinated meat into the pot, keep stirring until oil separated
    Then add 1-2 cups boiled and hot water  
    Bring it to boil then cover the lid for 30-40 minutes on medium  to low flame until meat is tender
    If you see the water is enough in the grail dries up over a high flame

     there isn’t much gravy in this recipe like other meat curries, right after

    Ingredients:
    1. 750g, Beef with bones (for better result use calf meat)
    2. 100g, onions freshly ground
    3. 50g, ginger
    4. 3 cloves, garlic
    5. 2 large, black cardamom
    6. 1 tbsp, black peppercorn
    7. 2 tbsp, papaya paste
    8. 1 tsp, red chili powder
    9. ½ cup, yogurt
    10. Salt to taste
    11. 125ml, olive oil/canola oil
    12. 2 tbsp, lemon juice
    13. 1 tbsp, grated ginger for garnishing
    14. 1 tsp, black peppercorn freshly crushed 
    How to make beef grail?
    1. In the grinder jar put onions, ginger, cloves black cardamom, and black peppercorn 
    2. Grind them well until a smooth paste
    3. Take a separate bowl put beef then add onion paste, papaya paste, yogurt.red chili powder and salt
    4. Mix them well and keep in the fridge for marinating for around 30 minutes
