Making pizza at home is much simpler than cooking a special Pakistani meal. I always wanted to make a delicious pizza at home but more experiments of baking pizza couldn’t make me happy as I should have. rather did I bore
Whereas all ingredients were homemade which I used to add-in making pizza, despite all efforts my pizza taste gets so ordinary nothing special taste felt in my pizza 
So one day, I decided to bring some changes to my pizza and then I prepared first pizza seasoning and then pizza.and when I tested the first bite of my hot pizza can’t explain the taste of it.so yummy and tasteful-you just try once and trust me you will forget store-bought pizza

MAIN INGREDIENTS FOR BEEF TIKKA MASALA PIZZA
This beef tikka masala pizza recipe calls for a store-bought pizza crust. The ingredient the list is a bit long and it does take some time to make this pizza but trust me, you won’t find this kind of pizza anywhere else.

Mozzarella cheese
Chattered cheese
Beef
Jalapeno
Capsicum
Tomato
Black olives

Recipe notes:

  1. Beef tikka: I added my homemade chicken tikka masala to make beef tikka but you can use another meat of chicken, mutton or lamb for making tikka as well as you can add store-bought masala of a good brand
  2. Cheese: I used two types of cheese in this pizza mozzarella and chattered both kinds of cheese make the pizza super delicious and flavorful. you can use just mozzarella cheese  that is essential in making pizza
  3.  Veggies: I added corns, jalapeno chilies, capsicum, and tomato while can be used any veggies of your choice additionally you can use jalapeno pickles as well-I hadn’t available jalapeno pickles at home otherwise, I would have used
  4. Pizza sauce: homemade pizza sauce is a great source of bringing taste in pizza, you can use ketchup by adding some Italian herbs
  5. Pizza dough: good kneading pizza dough is the base of every delicious pizza and tastes depending on the pizza base other than topping. if the dough isn’t kneaded good and doesn’t let the dough rest enough your pizza crust becomes hard and remains uncooked while cheese will turn brown. you can check out the recipe of pizza on my blog where I have shown every step of kneading the dough with step by step photos along with tips
  6. One thing keeps in mind is that if you keep a thin crust of pizza your pizza turns crispy from the base like paper and if you keep thick the crust will remain uncooked.
  7. As per my experience dough should measure before laying on the baking pan. A medium-size pizza crust is approx 250g and this is ideal to make 8 inches pizza in 250g dough ball    
  8. Pizza seasoning: this is an essential ingredient for making delicious and aromatic pizza to it you can follow my recipe by clicking here or can be used store-bought pizza seasoning

To begin this recipe firstly wash and clean the beef and cut it into small pieces

Put beef pieces into mixing bowl then add ginger garlic paste and papaya paste

Stir to mix up well and put the lid on Then leave it aside for 30 minutes

Next, add lemon juice mix well then add tikka masala and bones will help to make juicy tikka-you can skip if you don’t want to add

Stir to combine very well_At the end add beaten yogurt.

Give it to good stir and keep in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours or overnight

Take all veggies and prepare them all

Grate the cheese

Mix the beef masala

Heat the oil and transfer the beef masala into the pot.Stir for a while until bubbling started in masala

Pour 1 ½ cup water and bring it to a boil. put the lid on

Pizza the dough has proofed enough, punch it down to deflate

Dust the flour on the work area/mat
Then transfer the dough onto the work area-Divide the dough into equal portions

Each portion of the dough should be about 250g-I made two 8 inches medium crust

Apply a few drops of oil on pizza-pan

Take one portion at one time and roll it around 8 inches in the round,Spread the rolled dough on the pizza pan set around the corner with the help of fingers

Pierce the pizza roti with the help of a fork it will prevent puffy bread, Let it rest around 20 minutes by covering the kitchen napkin

Pizza roti is ready to assemble. When you see the pizza roti is ready. preheat the oven to 200 C at least for 20-25 minutes

Spread pizza sauce as desired

Next, generously spread chattered cheese over the pizza roti. Then place tikka pieces over the cheese

Then add veggies of your choice like mushrooms, cauliflower. we prefer capsicum, corns, jalapeno, and tomato

  1. 250g, beef with bones
  2. 1-2 tbsp,homemade tikka masala
  3. 2 tbsp, lemon juice

For topping:
  1. 200g, mozzarella cheese grated
  2. 200g chattered cheese
  3. 15-20 pcs, black olives
  4. 1 tbsp, pizza seasoning
  5. ½ cup, capsicum long sliced
  6. ½ cup, tomato long sliced
  7. 2 tbsp, jalapeno chilies sliced
  8. 2 tbsp, baby corns

Other ingredients:
  1. 500g, pizza dough
  2. 2-3 tbsp, cooking oil
