Additionally, you can stuff desirable filling in the bread balls. I made these balls with bread slices, yellow lentils, spices, and herbs. in this ball can be added spiced potato, chicken, mince, or other seasoning veggies using the same spices and herbs
I have also shared other bread snacks on my blog like stuffed chicken cheese bread rolls, bread pasta, and chicken potato bread sandwiches all those snacks are created in my mind before preparing these snacks including these stuffed bread balls
Categorically I have mentioned in my earlier
posts on the blog that I wasn’t an expert in cooking when I started this blog
in 2018 but with time I got many things to learn whether in baking,
traditional cooking, or snacks. now Alhamdulilah I have overcome my mistakes as well as
learned from my mistakes
but can’t say I am perfect still in the learning process I always tried to level my best so I could create my own recipes instead of coping with other recipes and this recipe is my own version you can use this dal mixture in samosa and paratha as well
For the best
result follow my detailed step-by-step photo
instructions
and tips above the recipe card
Recipe notes:
The ideal bread for the recipe is white plain flour-based bread do not make it with wheat or multi-grains as you need plain flour gluten to shape the snack
While shaping, ensure it
is shaped properly with a tight seal to block the stuffing. otherwise, the
stuffing may come out while frying and you may not be able to reuse the oil
The snack is ideal if served immediately once it is fried. it
may turn soggy and may lose shape if it is rested for a while after deep frying
