Here I will tell you with step by step photos of an easy and mouth-watering snack, additionally, you can make a sandwich and Arabic paratha, paratha rolls with the same chicken stuffing main ingredients are chicken mince, cheese, vegetables, and bread slices,

I used grated cheese but you can use as desired cream cheese and vegetables such as baby corn and carrots and spring onions

We Need:

To prepare bread rolls first cut all four edges of bread slices



  1. Rinse the chicken mince in the colander keep aside
  2. Boil the peas, but if you are using can peas don’t need to boil
  3. Rinse and chop the capsicum set aside
  4. Freshly ground ginger garlic paste keep aside
  5. Peel and finely chop onions keep aside
  6. Peel and finely chop tomatoes keep aside
  7. Coarsely crush coriander and cumin seeds
  8. Whisk the eggs with milk in a medium bowl set aside
  9. Make flour paste in the small bowl for binding

Heat the oil and put onions, saute the onions for 5 minutes

Put ginger garlic paste and mix well, then put the mince

Fry mince till turns into white, add tomatoes and further mix them

Then add capsicums and stir to mix well on medium heat, put all dried spices along with boiled peas

Now add vinegar and Worcester sauce to the mince, stir to combine well on medium flame

Cover the lid and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat, cook the mince until water dries out

Roll out the bread slices, apply flour mixture on edges of slices then place chicken stuffing on one side

Begin to roll and seal firmly, dip into beaten eggs

Then coat with bread crumbs very well, transfer to the tray/dish

At this stage, you can freeze bread rolls in a Ziploc bag

Heat the oil and put bread roll, fry each side of bread roll about 3 minutes

Evenly Fry from both sides until the nice golden brown color, transfer to the kitchen towel for removing excess oil

Ingredients For stuffing:
  1. 500g, chicken mince
  2. 250g, grated cheese Mozzarella, and cheddar mixed
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste freshly ground
  5. 1 tbsp, white vinegar
  6. 1 tbsp, Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1 tbsp, red chili powder
  8. 1 tsp, black pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp, crushed black powder
  10. 1 tsp, crushed coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp, crushed cumin powder
  12. 100ml, olive oil/canola oil
    Vegetables:
    1. 1 cup, boiled peas
    2. ½ cup  chopped  capsicum
    3. ½ cup, chopped tomato
    4. 1 cup, chopped onion
    For bread Rolls:
    1. 10-12, bread slices fresh
    2. Oil as needed for frying
    For binding the bread Rolls:
    1. 4 to 5 tbsp milk or water mixed with 2 tbsp any flour
      For coating:
      1. As required, homemade breadcrumbs
      2. 2-4 pieces, eggs 
      3. 2 tbsp, milk
      How to make chicken cheese bread roll?
      Instructions:
      1. Heat the oil in a wide pan put chopped onion and sauté them for 5 minutes until translucent
      2. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well for 2-3 minutes
      3. Put washed chicken mince and fry  with onion till  turns to change color
      4. Combine all spices first add chopped tomatoes and capsicum
      5. Cook them for 2 minutes then put boiled peas, salt, crushed black pepper powder, red chili powder, crushed cumin and coriander powder, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce
      6. Stir to mix well then cover the lid and let it cook around 15 minutes on medium heat cook mince until water dries out
      7. Once the water has evaporated from the mince then put grated cheese into the mince and mix well on low-medium flame till dissolved
      8. Turn off the flame and let them cool down completely set aside
      9. Begin to roll the bread slices with a rolling stick to flatten them like roti/chapati
      10. Flatten to a thin sheet, this prevents the bread from  absorbing oil
      11. Apply flour mixture on all four edges to seal
      12. Place chicken stuffing on one side of the bread slice
      13. Begin to fold stick the edges together and seal the inner filling if needed apply more flour mixture on the edges
      14. Transfer them to a plate/tray keep them cover to prevent drying
      15. Repeat the same process with all remaining bread balls
      16. Take 1 bread roll and dip into beaten egg right after coating with breadcrumbs
      17. Place on tray/plate
      18. At this stage, you can freeze them, take out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before frying
      19. Heat only a few tbsp oils. just enough to partially cover the rolls while frying
      20. Make sure oil is hot enough, then drop 2-4 rolls one time depending on the size of the pan used
      21. Fry until golden, flip and fry evenly
      22. Remove the bread roll to kitchen towel/tissues
      23. Serve bread rolls with sauce and ketchup
