Macaroni (Pakistani Style) is a variety of pasta in the shape of narrow tubes. People like to eat it with chicken and mutton mince. In Pakistan Macaroni is mainly cooked in different styles and variations and sauces. It is a simple snack that a person can make easily at home for a while

Here I prepared it with the spiced chicken masala by adding some veggies and homemade spices but you can use any market-bought spices by choice. I make sure you people love it when you try once so let’s begin

Take all the ingredients and prepare veggies

Rinse and cut the chicken filet into small pieces

Boil the water with 1 tbsp salt and oil_And cook macaroni for around 7-8 minutes on the high flame

Drain out the macaroni into the colander and set aside

Heat the 1 tbsp oil and sauté veggies on a medium flame for around 2-3 minutes then take them out on the plate and set aside

Heat the oil in the pot/pan and sauté the onion slices for 2-3 minutes Then put spring onion white into the pot_Keep sautéing them together for another 2-3 minutes

Now add chicken pieces to the pot and fry with the onion until changes the color_Then Add green ginger garlic paste along with green chili paste_Keep on stirring for 2-3 minutes on medium flame

Now add noodles masala and tikka boti masala powder_Constantly keep stirring on low-medium flame_Then add chopped tomatoes and yogurt to the chicken_Stir to combine well together reduce the flame to low-medium

Now add powdered spices, green chilies, and curry leaves Stir to mix them well

Add ½ cup water and cook chicken until water dries out

Toward the end squeeze the fresh lemon juice into the chicken masala

Stir to mix them well and turn off the flame

In the chicken, masala add boiled macaroni and mix them on a low flame

Then add butter,sautéed veggies, and soya sauce and stir to combine well

Keep on stirring by adding coriander leaves

Ingredients:
  1. 200g, macaroni 
  2. 150g, chicken fillet
  3. 1 tsp, homemade ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tsp, homemade green chili paste
  5. 1 cup, capsicum thinly sliced
  6. ½ cup, carrots thinly sliced
  7. 1 cup, spring onion green chopped
  8. 1 medium-sized onion slice
  9. ½ cup, spring onion white sliced
  10. 1 pcs, lemon freshly squeezed
  11. 2 medium-sized, tomato slices
  12. 1 handful, of parsley/coriander leaves  
  13. 7-8, fresh curry leaves
  14. 3-4 pcs, green chilies
  15. 100g, homemade yogurt
For Spices:
  1. 1 ½ tsp, homemade spiced noodles masala
  2. 1 tsp, homemade tikka boti masala
  3. 1 tsp, red chili powder
  4. 1 tsp, black pepper
  5. 2 tbsp, soya sauce
  6. 2 tbsp, butter
  7. 1 cup, of oil           
  8. Salt to taste
How to Make Chicken Macaroni?
  1. Heat the oil in the pot/pan and sauté the onion slices for 2-3 minutes then put spring onion white in the pot
  2. Keep sautéing them together for another 2-3 minutes
  3. Now add chicken pieces to the pot and fry with the onion until changes the color
  4. Then add green ginger garlic paste along with green chili paste
  5. Keep on stirring for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame
  6. Now add noodles masala and tikka boti masala powder
  7. Constantly keep stirring on a low-medium flame
  8. Then add chopped tomatoes and yogurt to the chicken
  9. Stir to combine well together
  10. You will see tomatoes and yogurt release their own water
  11. Lower the flame to low-medium
  12. Now add black pepper, salt, curry leaves, and green chilies to the chicken along with red chili powder
  13. Stir to mix them well
  14. Add ½ cup water and cook chicken until water dries out
  15. Toward the end squeeze the fresh lemon juice into the chicken masala
  16. Stir to mix them well and turn off the flam
  17. In the chicken, masala add boiled macaroni and mix them on a low flame
  18. Then add butter, and sautéed veggies, and stir to combine well
  19. Keep on stirring by adding coriander leaves
  20. Turn off the flame
  21. Chicken macaroni is done
  22. Transfer to the serving bowl/plate
  23. Serve hot with tea
