Meggi Masala is a perfect blend of spices, that brings the same taste as store-bought noodles, Gonna share two types of flavored Noodles Masala Powder from which you can make any type of noodles at home to add vegetables, meat, or eggs. 

Kids usually don’t like to eat spicy foods for them you can use chicken Noodles Masala that doesn’t have spicy at all 
And for elders who like spices you can make noodles from spicy noodles masala and mix as your desired vegetables, eggs, mince, or meat for enhancing taste it’s up to you, 

Here is an easy and quick recipe to make your noodles tasty and flavorful by adding desired vegetables, mince, and eggs The secret lies in the correct proportion of mixing the masalas and spices. Instant noodles mix spices are based on harmful chemicals, which are not suitable for human health and these homemade spices are much better than that Usually, I used to bring instant noodles from the market whenever I went outside, then gradually I come to know later that The instructions on many instant noodles tell you to allow the noodles to cool before you add the soup mix, 

Which hints at dangerous chemicals which should not be exposed to heat. You can add simple spices to the noodles, which taste and look just as delicious or even more. The total cooking time is only five-ten minutes. Enjoy steamy, warm goodness without the danger.

What is the Difference between both noodles Spices?

Spicy Noodles Masala powder basically gives a tangy and spicy taste to the noodles and Chicken noodles that are prepared especially for kids’ choice which have tangy and light flavored, Both flavors make tasty and delicious noodles easy and quick masala powder which you can use to make egg noodles as well

Heat the pan and dry roast all whole spices for 30 seconds on low flame, put all whole roasted spices in the grinding jar and grind them till turn to a fine powder

Put all spices powder into the grinding jar, 
And further blend them well until well combined

Now spicy noodles masala powder is ready I just mix Kashmiri red chili powder to bring bright color to spicy masala powder, you can skip this step

    Heat the pan and dry roast them slightly for about 30 seconds, put whole roasted spices into the grinding jar

    Grind them well till turn to a fine powder then add all spices powder, further blend well all spices together

    Once the noodles chicken powder is done transfer to the bowl/plate, now add paprika powder to the chicken noodles masala powder

    1. 1 tsp, red chili powder
    2. ½ tsp, homemade chat masala
    3. ½ tsp, white peppercorn
    4. ½ tsp, black peppercorn
    5. ½ tsp, ginger powder
    6. ¼ tsp, mustard powder
    7. ½ tsp, salt
    8. 1 tsp, mango powder
    9. 1 tsp, cornflour
    10. ½ tsp, coriander seeds
    11. 1/3 tsp, homemade garam masala
    12. ¼ tsp, chicken powder
    13. 1/2 tsp, Kashmiri red chili 
    Ingredients of Chicken Noodles:
    1. 1 tsp, white pepper
    2. 1/3 tsp, mustard powder
    3. ½ tsp, ginger powder
    4. ½ tsp, chicken powder
    5. 1/3 tsp, salt
    6. 1 tsp, cornflour
    7. ½ tsp, black peppercorn
    8. ¼ tsp, homemade garam masala
    9. 1 tsp, mango powder
    10. ½ tsp, coriander seeds
    11. ¼ tsp, fenugreek seeds
    12. 1/2 tsp, paprika powder optional
    How to Make Meggi Masala?
    1. In the pan put all dry ingredients white peppercorn, black peppercorn, and coriander seeds
    2. Dry roast them for just 30 seconds
    3. Transfer to the grinding jar
    4. Grind them well until a fine powder
    5. Now put all dry powder spices red chili powder, mango powder, salt, ginger powder, cornflour, and mustard powder into the grinding jar
    6. Blend them together again in the grinding machine
    7. Once they blend well take it out transfer it to the bowl and mix Kashmiri red chili powder then combine well
    8. Spicy Noodles Masala is ready to use in the recipe as well as you add spices powder in recipe to taste
    9. Store it in the airtight container
    10. Can be used for more than one month to keep in a cool place 
    2nd Method:
    1. In the pan put white pepper, black pepper, coriander, fenugreek seeds
    2. Dry roast them for just 30 seconds
    3. Transfer to the grinding jar
    4. Grind them well until a fine powder
    5. Now put all dry powder spices ginger powder, mango powder, chicken powder, mustard powder, salt, and cornflour into the grinding jar
    6. Blend them well together
    7. Once they blend well transfer them to the bowl/plate
    8. Then add the paprika powder to the chicken noodles masala powder and mix well
    9. Chicken Noodles Masala is ready to use in the recipe as well as you add spices powder in the recipe to taste
    10. Store it in the airtight container for the use of a month in a cool place
    11. This spice powder is prepared specially for kids
