The main ingredients are tomatoes, yogurt, and meat.
It is one of the hottest favorite dishes across the world. People make it cook at special events or occasions, whether it be a wedding or any celebration, Eid, or festivals. People most like to have it with naan,taftan,sheermal, and Tandoori Roti

Take all ingredients and prepare all veggies.s

On the other hand, whisk the yogurt and add karahi gosht masala to it, stir to mix well

Take a pot/wok, heat the ghee, then add chopped onion, sauté it for 2 minutes on medium flame right after.

Add washed chicken pieces and fry them on a low-medium flame till they change color, keep on stirring the chicken by adding ginger garlic paste.

Add spiced yogurt to the chicken, stir to combine well, and let it cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes. Once the chicken leaves the oil, add tomatoes along with 3-4 green chilies.s

Stir them well on low-medium flame or until ghee is separated, now add grated ginger, remaining green chilies, and coriander leaves, and mix them slightly. Simmer it further for 10 minutes on a low flame.




Now Chicken karahi is ready to serve with naan,sheermal, tandoori roti,rumali roti, and chapatis along with saladraita.

Ingredients:
  1. 500g, chicken with bones
  2. 1 big-sized onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 cup, red tomatoes chopped
  4. 7-8, small whole green chilies
  5. ½ inch ginger piece, freshly chopped coriander leaves
  6. 200g, ghee (if u have any health issues ,u can use olive oil instead of it)
  7. 2 tbsp, homemade chicken karahi Masala Powder
  8. 1 cup, homemade yogurt beaten
  9. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, freshly ground
How to Make Chicken Karahi?
  1. Take a pot/wok, heat the oil, then add chopped onion
  2. Sauté it for 2 minutes on medium flame right after
  3. Add washed chicken pieces and fry them on a low-medium flame till they turn golden
  4. Keep stirring the chicken  by adding ginger garlic paste
  5. On the other hand, whisk the whiskurt and add karahi gosht masala itoit stirring to mix well
  6. Then add spiced yogurt to the chicken
  7. Stir to combine well 
  8. Let it cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes
  9. Once the chicken leaves the oil then add tomatoes along with 3-4 green chilies.
  10. Stir them well on a low flame or until the ghee is separated
  11. Now add grated ginger, remaining green chilies, and coriander leaves
  12. Mix them slightly
  13. Simmer it further for 10 minutes on a low flame
  14. Now Chicken karahi is ready to serve with naan,sheermal, tandoori roti,rumali roti, and chapatis along with saladraita
