In a pan dry roast whole spices, Remove from the flame transfer to the bowl set aside

Separately dry roast other remaining whole spices in a pan on low flame, take them out into a bowl

Now take a grinder jar/coffee jar put roasted whole spices and grind them for a minute

Now add the remaining roasted whole spices, Further, grinding them together coarsely for 2 minutes should not make a fine powder

Transfer all roasted and ground spices to the bowl then add powder spices, give it to good stir to well combine

Ingredients:
  1. 1 tbsp, black peppercorn
  2. 2 tbsp, cumin seeds
  3. 4 tbsp, coriander seeds
  4. 1 tbsp,degi mirch/Kashmiri red chilli
  5. 1 tbsp, crushed red chilli
  6. 2 tbsp, dry fenugreek leaves
  7. 1 tsp, salt
  8. ½ tsp, citric acid
  9. 2 pieces, cinnamon sticks
  10. 3, green cardamom
  11. 6, cloves
  12. 2, bay leaves
How to Make Karahi Gosht Masala Powder?
  1. In a pan dry roast peppercorn, coriander seeds, cumin seeds for a minutes
  2. Remove from the flame transfer to the bowl set aside
  3. Separately dry roast other whole spices fenugreek leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves. cardamom and degi mirch in a pan on low flame, take them out into a bowl 
  4. Now take a grinder jar/coffee jar put peppercorn, coriander seeds, cumin seeds grind them for a minute 
  5. Now add fenugreek leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves, green cardamom
  6. Grind them together coarsely for 2 minutes should not make a fine powder
  7. Transfer all roasted and ground spices to the bowl then add citric acid, salt, crushed red chilli and Kashmiri Mirch, give it to good stir to well combine
  8. Karahi gosht masala powder is ready to use in a recipe 
  9. It Can be stored in an airtight bottle for up to more than 2 months to keep in the cool place
