We need:

Preparation of making tikka boti masala powder:
To prepare this recipe first heat the pan and put coriander seeds and dry roast them for just 1-2 minutes on medium-low flame, shift to another plate




Now add remaining whole spices, dry roast them on very low heat for 2 minutes

Ground roasted whole spices:
Put all roasted whole in the grinding jar and grind them to a fine powder

Then add all powder spices to the roasted ground spices

Further, grind them with powder spices for a minute

Transfer to the bowl, further stir to mix well
                       

Tikka boti masala powder is ready to use in recipes
                    

This spice can be stored in the airtight jar or bottle upto for a month

  1. 2 ½ tbsp, coriander seeds
  2. 1 ½ tbsp, cumin seeds
  3. 1 tbsp, black peppercorn
  4. 1 tsp, allspices
  5. 3 pods, black cardamom
  6. 2 large sized, long pepper 
Powder spices:
  1. 2 tbsp, red chili powder
  2. 1 tsp, turmeric powder
  3. ½ tsp, lemon salt (tatri)
  4. 1 tsp, ginger powder
  5. 1 ½ tsp, salt
Instructions:
  1. To prepare this recipe first, heat the pan and put coriander seeds and dry roast them for just 1-2 minutes on medium-low flame
  2. Shift to another plate
  3. Now add whole spices black peppercorn, allspice, long pepper, black cardamom, and cumin seeds
  4. Dry roast them on very low heat for 2 minutes
  5. Put all roasted whole in the grinding jar and grind them to a fine powder
  6. Then Add all powder spices red chili powder, turmeric, ginger powder, salt and lemon salt to the roasted ground spices
  7. Further, grind them with powder spices for a minute
  8. Transfer to the bowl, further stir to mix well
  9. Tikka boti masala powder is ready to use in recipes
  10. This spice can be stored in the airtight jar or bottle up to for a month
