Nowadays rainy season (monsoon) is ongoing and in this weather feels like to have something special like chaatpakora, or samosa with hot tea or coffee
So on the same cloudy evening, I felt like eating something crispy and spicy which should be different from daily routine meals so I tried to make another version of pakora though it's common most people make I prepared it in my style

People add beaten eggs, maida, and additional spices other than spice maker but I didn’t use one of them in making pakora rather I added gram flour and veggies, and in the additional spice, I added black pepper powder.
Noodles Pakora is pakoras with a slight twist of noodles. Pakoras are an all-time favorite snack in Pakistan and perfect for a rainy day or winter day or even for a cocktail party

Recipe Notes:
  1. An important thing that should be kept in mind to making noodles pakora is not to cook the noodles in a large amount of water, don’t overcook the noodles otherwise, pakora won’t come crisp and they turn soggy
  2. I didn’t use additional spices to make this pakora except for black pepper as there is no need to add more adding spices. if you use extra spices in noodles pakora they won’t be good in taste
  3. Don’t add water for mixing noodles with gram flour, just splash some water to make batter if needed
  4. I added spring onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves you can add veggies of your choice like boiled peas, cabbage, and capsicum
  5. Oil temperature should be medium-hot around 140 C
  6. These pakoras are fried on medium-low flame as they take little time to be fried if you fry pakoras on high flame they will burn and when fried on low they turn soggy and won’t make crisp
  7. For the best result follow my detailed step-by-step photo instructions and tips
