Meatballs
are
the most popular fried snack which is prepared in many other variations, methods,
and styles applied as per their choices and the taste across the world. Here I
prepared meatballs from leftover meat, some basic seasoning, and herbs.
In some places, meatballs are cooked in sauces and spices rather than the frying method. I have also lots of methods to make meatballs I will share my recipes for meatballs gradually on my blog
You can make these meatballs by using fresh meat whether
they are mutton, lamb, beef, or chicken. I used leftover beef meat which was
left from BEEF
ROSH
Recipe. That recipe I have shared already on my blog
Recipe Notes:
I used beef leftover meat for making meatballs
but keep remembering one thing if you are using leftover meat should be dry
otherwise balls wouldn’t make it properly. Or if you are using fresh meat boil
them first with ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, and a little water
I used onion powder in this recipe you can skip it or substitute it with brown onion. Don’t use chopped onion in the recipe
I used just a few basic seasonings in this recipe,
I recommend that you use the same seasoning except soaked bread can be replaced with breadcrumbs
For coating agents, I used bread crumbs and egg
whereas can be used flour and water
CAN MEATBALLS BE STORED FOR A LONG
TIME?
Yes, meatballs can be stored after coating or
without coating in the airtight jar for a month. Before frying take them out
from the refrigerator and leave them outside for a while then deep fried or
baked
MEATBALLS CAN BAKE INSTEAD OF FRYING?
Of course, baked meatballs with a little butter
or oil are a healthy option. You will have to skip the coating option from a
recipe. Just brush them with oil or butter and keep them in a foil pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200 C . First, bake them by keeping them in a foil pepper
for 15 minutes and then under the upper grill for 10 minutes till nicely golden
brown color
