In a bowl sieve, the flour then add sugar, salt, milk powder, and yeast, mix them well, and add 1 tbsp oil

Ingredients:
- 1/3 tsp, instant dry yeast
- ½ tbsp, salt
- ¼ cup, of warm water
- 2 tbsp, oil
- 2 tbsp, sugar
- 4 cups, of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp, milk powder
How to Make the Bread Loaf?
- In a large bowl sieve the all-purpose flour
- Add all dry ingredients instant dry yeast, sugar, milk powder, and salt
- Mix them together
- Then add 1 tbsp oil and warm water
- Stir them with your fingers until smooth or to form a soft dough
- Turn onto the floured surface
- Knead for 5-8 minutes
- Then add the remaining 1 tbsp oil over the dough
- Again start kneading until smooth and elastic
- Place in a greased bowl
- Turning once to grease the top
- Cover with plastic ceiling
- Let it rise in the warm place until doubles in size for 4 hours
- After four hours punch the dough down
- Transfer to the lightly floured surface
- Dived the dough into half
- Shape into a loaf
- Place in the greased 9*5 loaf pans
- Cover and let it rise again until double in size for 30 minutes
- Apply some milk over the loaf with the help of a brush
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for 30-35 minutes
- Until the nice golden brown color
- And bread sounds hollow when tapped
- Remove from pans to wire racks to cool down completely
- Your bread loaf is ready to serve with omelets, butter, and jelly
