Main ingredients are
All-purpose flour, milk powder, yeast, salt, and sugar.....
so let's come to know how to make a homemade bread loaf

    In a bowl sieve, the flour then add sugar, salt, milk powder, and yeast, mix them well and add 1 tbsp oil

    Mix them well with fingers until turn to crumble foam, start kneading the dough by adding warm water until forms a soft dough 


    Turn onto the floured surface, keep kneading first for 10-12, then add oil over the dough_Give it another 5 minutes more 
    Note, total time should be more than 15 minutes to get a soft and elastic dough 


    The dough should be elastic form accordingly below picture


    Then place the dough in a greased bowl for resting for about 3-4 hours, cover the dough with a plastic cling in a warm place until doubles in size 


    After 3-4 hours punch the dough down again with help of a palm

      Now cut the dough in half 


      Shape into a loaf 


      The loaf shape should be accordingly pictured below


      Place the dough in the greased 9*5 in a loaf pan, cover, and let it rise again for 30 minutes, Meanwhile, turn on the oven at 250 C for a half-hour, After rising the dough apply some milk wash over the dough, Bake in the preheated oven at 200c for 30-35 minutes or until nicely golden brown color


      Remove from the pan to wire racks to cool down


      The bread loaf is ready 


      To  serve with jam, jelly, butter, and omelet

      1. 1/3 tsp, instant dry yeast
      2. ½ tbsp, salt
      3. ¼ cup, of warm water
      4. 2 tbsp, oil
      5. 2 tbsp, sugar
      6. 4 cups, of all-purpose flour
      7. 1 tbsp, milk powder
      How to Make the Bread Loaf?
      1. In a large bowl sieve the all-purpose flour
      2. Add all dry ingredients instant dry yeast, sugar, milk powder, and salt
      3. Mix them together
      4. Then add 1 tbsp oil and warm water
      5. Stir them with your fingers until smooth or to form a soft dough
      6. Turn onto the floured surface
      7. Knead for 5-8 minutes
      8. Then add the remaining 1 tbsp oil over the dough
      9. Again start kneading until smooth and elastic
      10. Place in a greased bowl
      11. Turning once to grease the top
      12. Cover with plastic ceiling
      13. Let it rise in the warm place until doubles in size for 4 hours
      14. After four hours punch the dough down
      15. Transfer to the lightly floured surface
      16. Dived the dough into half
      17. Shape into a loaf
      18. Place in the greased 9*5 loaf pans
      19. Cover and let it rise again until double in size for 30 minutes
      20. Apply some milk over the loaf with the help of a brush
      21. Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for 30-35 minutes
      22. Until the nice golden brown color
      23. And bread sounds hollow when tapped
      24. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool down completely
      25. Your bread loaf is ready to serve with omelets, butter, and jelly
