Milkshake || Milkshake Falooda || How to Make Falooda Milkshake at Home with step-by-step photos
Falooda Milkshake is
a refreshing, creamy, and milky delicious kind of beverage_people will have been
drinking and eating falooda ice cream yet but they may not have drunk this because
it is my own version trust me when you have a taste of it you won’t able to
make a difference between falooda ice-cream or falooda milkshake
I have already shared falooda ice cream in my
earlier posts_mostly people don’t feel like having heavy or oily foods during
summer days and this delicious falooda drink may give you satisfaction along
with fill-up, the tummy_i am confident now that once you try out this
beverage at home your family or friends will want more and more this amazing
drink_falooda milk is an absolutely lip-smacking cold beverage with the taste
I prepared falooda milk by adding homemade
falooda sev, homemade khoya, milk, basil seeds, sugar, rose syrup, jelly, and chopped
nuts_a very easy and simple but flavored healthy falooda milk beverage_
that you can
drink besides eating
Lately, I’ve posted homemade khoya other than
falooda sev at home in my previous post
Ingredients used in the recipe:
Milk: I prefer using full-fat
milk for making this recipe as this has more nutritional energy per cup of
milk_but can be used skimmed milk too, in my opinion, making a drink of
full-fat milk is more beneficial for overall health than skimmed or low-fat milk
Falooda
sev: I
prepared falooda sev from cornstarch for a falooda milkshake but if you
don’t have sufficient time to make it at home then alternatively can use
colored vermicelli
Khoya: I will prefer homemade khoya
to store-bought as the taste of making khoya at home is the best_homemade
ingredients are much better and tasteful than those outside
Jelly: this recipe can be
used desirable taste and color of jelly
Basil
seeds: traditionally added in falooda ice cream or milk drink these seeds content on the high fiber
along may benefit your health
Nuts: I added chopped almond
and pistachio in the falooda milkshake but you can use nuts of your choice just
like walnut, cashew nuts

To make
this recipe firstly we will prepare falooda sev which is an important ingredient
in this recipe I’ve also shared it on my blog you can get the recipe by
clicking the link from the ingredients list or in the description
Soak the basil seeds in enough water for 10-15 minutes and keep
in the fridge until required
Coarsely chop the pistachio and almonds together
Take out the khoya from the freezer as needed
Take a
saucepan and boil the ½ cup water add 3 tbsp jelly and mix well
Until jelly powder is dissolved in water
Pour the
jelly water into the pot/bowl and let it be set for around an hour
Once the jelly gets set, cut the jelly into cubes_Keep in
the fridge until required
Heat the milk in the saucepan then add sugar and stir to combine
well_Keep on stirring by adding khoya and whole green cardamom
Keep mixing till everything is incorporated very well_Turn off the flame and let it cool down in the freezer for an hour so that milk gets chilled very well
Take 2 long-serving glasses_Firstly add rose syrup first
Then basil seeds
And falooda
sev
Put jelly
Add a little more basil seeds again if you like
Then pour the prepared khoya milk into the glasses
At this point can repeat the ingredients of your choice_Finally, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top
The Falooda milkshake is ready in the fridge for 30 minutes furthermore
Remember to stir the milkshake before drinking, Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Ingredients for Milk:
- 3 cups, of full-fat milk
- 1-2 tbsp, sugar
- 100g, homemade khoya
- 1 pod, whole green cardamom
Other ingredients:
- 1 cup, of jelly
- ½ cup, homemade falooda sev
- 2 tbsp, rose syrup
- 2 tbsp, chopped almonds, and pistachio
- 2-3 tbsp, basil seeds
How to make a Falooda Milkshake?
- To make this recipe firstly we will prepare falooda sev which is an important ingredient in this recipe I’ve also shared on my blog that you can get the recipe by clicking the link from the ingredients list or in the description
- Note: we will keep each ingredient in
the fridge before assembling so that all ingredients stay cool at the time of
serving secondly we wouldn’t require more time to keep in the fridge after
preparing a falooda milkshake
- Additionally, as I've mentioned above if you don’t feel like making it or due to time shortage then boil the vermicelli as per the packet instructions and keep it in the fridge until required

- Keep in the freezer for an hour so that milk gets chilled very well
- Take 2 long-serving glasses
- Firstly add rose syrup first then basil seeds,falooda sev, and jelly
- Add a little more basil seeds if you like then pour prepared khoya milk into the glasses
- At this point can repeat the ingredients of your choice
- Finally, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top
- The Falooda milkshake is ready
- Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes furthermore
- Remember to stir the milkshake before drinking.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
