You can use either canned mango pulp or cubed fresh or frozen mango. If you use fresh, you’ll want to use a ripe, sweet mango. If your mango isn’t ripe enough it will be too tart and you’ll have to add more sugar or honey than you would like

In a bowl or blender add yogurt and sugar

Add mango puree or pulp, then pour milk


Blend them together very well


Now mango Lassi is ready to chill and serve
Note: You can blend a smoothie with the ice or can sprinkle it over it 

Mango Lassi is a new and innovative drink that will provide instant relief from the stifling summer heat. 

  1. 1 cup, of homemade plain yogurt 
  2. 1 cup, of milk
  3. 2 tbsp, sugar more or taste 
  4. 1 tbsp, pistachio, and almond  crushed or as needed for garnishing
  5. Ice cubes 1 ice tray or as needed 
How to Make Mango Lassi?
  1. Firstly peel and dice the mango and make a puree of mango
  2. Then in a mixing jar or bowl put the mango puree, yogurt, sugar, and milk blend for 2 minutes or until well-blended
  3. If you want more milkshake consistency and it’s a hot day, either blend in some ice as well
  4. Or serve over ice cubes
  5. Sprinkle with crushed dry fruit to serve
  6. The lassi can be kept in the fridge for up to 24 hours
