Chowmein Pasta is a traditional Chinese delicious dish, it can cook within 30-40 minutes_ origin from Chinese cuisine, it is made with marinated fried chicken strips along with sautéed veggies with a few spices and sauces

Usually, people prepare chow mein with spaghetti/noodles but here I made some changes to this recipe and cook in my style_firstly I didn’t use ketchup as I don’t like using it in chow mein or any other type of Chinese cooking  secondly I cooked chow mein with pasta instead of noodles or spaghetti 
This will likely become one of your go-to dinners recipes because it's very easy to make yet it tastes so good besides a wholesome recipe

A big bowl of homemade chicken chow mein is way more satisfying and can be made with ease_tender pieces of chicken breast are marinated in salt, black pepper, cornflour, and white egg and then deep-fried until lightly browned_to add some crunch a colorful combination of chopped vegetables like carrots, cabbage, spring onion, green or red capsicum are added, an authentic savory sauce coats each chewy Italian pasta for an irresistible dish the whole we love

Ingredients that are used in the recipe:
Meat: I used broiler chicken breast but the best part of the chicken is thigh meat that is also tender and juicy_i prefer using thigh instead of breast
Veggies: green cabbage, carrot, spring onion, and capsicum are added to the recipe but you can use any other veggies of your choice like peas, yellow and red pepper, purple cabbage, and beans  
Sauces: red chili sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce along with sesame oil which is the main ingredient of this recipe_adding sauce of your choice is up to you
I skipped adding ketchup and alternatively added chili sauce in my recipe as I understand red chili sauce can enhance the taste of chow mein rather than ketchup
Ketchup is considered the main ingredient of the recipe alternatively can be used as chili sauce or garlic sauce as well
Spices: I used black pepper, salt, cornflour, white pepper, and chicken powder_you can use red chili flakes too if you are a spice lover
Chowmein noodles: this recipe can be used in many verities of noodles, spaghetti, egg noodle, Italian pasta or macarons as well
I used Italian pasta in the recipe  

Tips For Cooking:
I always cook the chicken first in hot oil to create a lightly golden surface. The meat also gets an extra layer of texture from the small amount of cornstarch added to the marinade. The lean poultry cooks in just a few minutes and then gets transferred to a plate so that it doesn’t dry out.

What Vegetables go in Chow Mein:
Adding nutritious vegetables brings vibrant colors to the dish and more texture contrast. The cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and onions are sliced thin so they cook quickly and blend in nicely with everything

To make this recipe firstly marinate the chicken pieces to it rinse the chicken breast thoroughly and then cut into strips and put in the bowl

Marinate the cut pieces of chicken in a few spices to infuse flavor onto the surface of the protein for added flavor_Add cornflour, salt, black pepper, and white egg to the chicken 

Stir to combine well and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes for marination       


Boil the water with 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil in the large-sized pot_Bring it to boil then put the pasta in the water and cook for around 7-8 minutes on the high-medium flame_Drain the pasta onto the colander then set aside

Chop the veggies lengthwise

Heat the oil in the wok and fry marinated chicken strips until evenly light brown_Drain the fried chicken strips on the plate

Set aside, Once all the ingredients are cut, fried, and ready to go, it’s time to stir-fry!


Heat the oil and add chopped ginger-garlic to the oil_Fry them for a minute on medium flame. Put chopped cabbage, carrots, and capsicum into the oil and sauté them together for 1-2 minutes on the high-medium flame

Then add half the quantity of spring onion and further, keep on stirring by adding green chilies slices. Stir-fried veggies hardly will take 3-4 minutes

Now lower the flame to low and start adding spices to the veggies such as black and white pepper, salt, and chicken powder

Keep on stirring further for a minute then put fried chicken strips

Keep mixing by adding soya sauce, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and white vinegar

Add sesame oil along with remaining green onion_Keep on stirring for 1-2 minutes on high medium flame

Turn off the flame and remove it from the stove

Chicken chow mein is ready to serve. Transfer to the serving plate/dish

Serve hot and enjoy!

Garlic Fried Rice is delicious, full of flavor, garlicky, and a perfect side dish for any meal, and so tasty you can eat it plain
I love to make this garlic rice, seasoned and flavored so that it’s so tasty, I used fresh spring garlic along with garlic cloves, which definitely come an amazing taste in the rice, 

So aromatic and one of the important things is that very easy to make and quick recipe, Most people used butter instead of oil, but in some garlic/fried rice using sesame oil which is an authentic cooking way, garlic rice or fried rice origin from china where is being used sesame oil, not to butter nor olive oil

Here I used olive oil because I haven’t available sesame oil at home and using butter makes rice full of calories, so I avoid some other recipes call using butter or margarine and cream so I have to use in recipes

But it’s your choice you can use butter, or if you have sesame oil and even like its flavor then must use 
Garlic rice is a dish that is found in some Asian countries, it’s garlicky and buttery, but not insanely so. Definitely feel free to up the garlic and butter to your taste, but I’d suggest trying the base recipe first and then adjusting it to your taste.

Garlic fried rice recipe

To prepare this recipe first soak the rice for 15-20 minutes and full cooked them, strain them in a colander, and keep aside until cooled  


Take all veggies and prepare them all

Crack the eggs into a medium bowl then add salt, and black pepper along with food color, Whisk them together

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the egg mixture till turns into scrambled foam 


Place scrambled egg on a platean additional ingredient I used some shredded chicken it's optional


Heat the oil in a large-sized pot/pan
Put chopped spring garlic, and garlic cloves with green chilies

Saute them for 2-3 minutes over low-medium heat until aroma arises

Then add scrambled egg, shredded chicken with sliced capsicum, and keep frying by adding white pepper and salt on medium-low flame

Now add boiled rice along with chopped green spring onion, chicken powder, and soya sauce

Turn the flame to high-medium and Started stir-frying for 5 minutes, adjust the salt and pepper at this stage if needed

Garlic rice is ready to serve, transfer to the serving plate or tray 

This rice can be eaten plain or with Manchurianshashlik or chicken chili

Chicken Corns soup is a simple yet nutritious soup recipe that requires boneless chicken and shredded corn kernels. This is easy to follow a budget-friendly recipe that you will surely love. I like this soup because the main ingredients are readily available anywhere — no matter which part of the world you are in. Aside from that, I think that the flavour and consistency of this soup are fantastic.

As for the corn, I used fresh baby corn. I needed the help of a food processor to shred the corn until it reached the state that I wanted. You do not have to do this if you want the easier way. Canned shredded corn kernels are sold in supermarkets. You may opt to use them instead.


Chicken soup is basically from Chinese cuisine. but in most countries, people are fond of having corn soup. it's a very light and digestive food, people have it for diet purposes with salad. normally is taken in the winter season

Take 3 small bowls, pour some vinegar then add green chillies and salt mix them well set aside

In a second bowl pour soya sauce set aside

In a third bowl pour some hot red chilli sauce keep aside

Peel boiled eggs cut into 4 pieces    


These things will be used at serving time with soup.

In a pot/saucepan add 1 jug of water approx 300 ml of water.put chicken with ginger garlic and salt, and bring to it boil on high flame. Reduce the heat to medium after boiling cover the lid and let it cook for around 15 minutes.


Strain the stock and separate the chicken meat from the bones

Then shred the chicken meat


In a small bowl add cornflour with some water and make the smooth paste 

Place stock pan on the stove on low flame. now add salt and Chinese salt stir to mix well allow to further cook for 2 minutes on medium-low flame


Keep stirring by adding cornflour paste little by little


Add baby corns or sweet corns to the stock          


Pour slowly beaten white part of egg stir slightly for 5 minutes on medium-low flame                


Now at this stage can be added shredded chicken or you can serve it with the soup as desired                                       


Now Ready to serve with soya sauce, hot chilli sauce, boiled eggs and white vinegar with chillies
