You can use a combination of red Kashmiri chili and dry red chili.to make this sauce. depending on your choice of how much you want to make it spicy and hot sauce, so let's begin

To prepare this recipe first soak the Kashmiri and dry red chilies

Blend the soaked red chilies in the blender jar

Peel and  chop ginger garlic

Place a saucepan on flame and heat the oil well, Now add chopped garlic and ginger and saute them for a minute on medium flame

Add red chili paste to the pan and stir it well

Cover the pan and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame, now remove the lid and add 100 ml water or approx 1/2 cup along with spices, stir to mix well

Now cover the pan again and allow to cook for about 15 minutes on low flame, After passing 15 minutes remove the lid and stir it, you will see oil has started to come to top of the sauce which means the sauce is ready now

Remove from flame and let it  down cool completely      
                     



Now transfer to the jar, it can be served with any deep-fried items

Spicy Noodles
are a staple food in many cultures, origin noodles are Chinese, and t
hese mouthwatering spicy Chinese noodles are the most savory and irresistible noodles you'll ever have. It only requires six ingredients. Make and slurp!
The noodles:
The most important question is which type of noodles should use?
You can use any wheat noodles, egg noodles, or ribbon noodles in this recipe I used a shanghai Noodles packet you can purchase any good brand of noodles
The sauce:
The sauce is what makes these spicy Chinese noodles so irresistible. Soya sauce, vinegar, and hot chili with some seasoning

The main ingredients are:
I used only boiled egg, noodles, homemade spicy noodles masala, and tomato, you can variation of your desired vegetables, chicken even mince as well as hot chili sauce and vinegar

I am making spicy noodles from my homemade spicy noodles masala if you are making them for kids then add my 2nd chicken noodles masala powder it isn’t spicy at all additionally I used 1 cup of water for 100g noodles you can increase the quantity of water if you want to keep thin consistency of  noodles
Note: I have already shared my homemade noodles masala powder in my previous post
Tips:
  1. To prepare noodles you can boil them before assembling them for the time saving
  2. If desired you can add vegetables, chicken even prawns  for enhancing the proportion of nutrition
  3. Instead of using water, you can add chicken stock too but you have to care to add noodles masala just because yakhni already is salty along with noodles' spices
  4. Either you can use stock without salt or chicken cubes as well
  5. Peas and carrots are a bit hard vegetables so before adding these vegetables you blanch them in the hot water for 2-3 minutes
How to blanch?
Boil the water very well then put carrot or peas allow to cook over high heat for just 2-3 minutes then drain them out
  1. Must stir Fried vegetables before adding the noodles 
  2. Never add raw vegetables to the noodles

    In the saucepan pour water and salt then place the eggs, bring it to a boil then let it cook for around 10 minutes on high flame, peel and chop them coarsely, peel and chop the tomato keep aside

    Pour 4 cups of water and butter into the pot/saucepan, then add tomato and spicy noodles masala

    Stir to combine and bring it to a boil then put noodles in the hot spiced water, stir to mix well, and allow to cook them around 2 minutes over low-medium heat

    Then add soya sauce and boiled eggs, stir to mix well noodles, and adjust salt and spice at this stage, allow to cook another a minute, Turn off the flame and transfer to the serving bowl

    Chicken Noodles Soup | Homemade Chicken Noodles Soup | How to Make Chicken Noodles Soup with step-by-step photos

    Chicken Noodles Soup is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, that is usually prepared with meat and different styles of sauces but today I am gonna share my own version that I did prepare with yakhni and chicken tikka chunks, chunks recipe already shared with all in my previous post, 

    One bowl of yakhni spaghetti is enough for a one-time dinner or lunch additionally it's healthy and full of energetic meal
    I have shared already veggie stock and non-veggie stock, for now, I had already in my refrigerator that I used to make spaghetti

    Which Type of Vegetable can be used?
    Here I am using spring onion, capsicum, and carrot you can use any kind of vegetables like peas, beans, and cabbage, as well as mushrooms and baby corn, also can be added it depends on whatever you want to do variation in it

        Firstly pour water into the pot with 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil
        Bring it to a boil then cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes
        Drain them out from the water
        Pass them with cold water then set aside, rinse and cut the capsicum into thin slices
        Rinse and cut the spring onion into small pieces
        Peel and cut the carrot into thin slices
        In the saucepan add water and salt bring to a boil then add eggs
        Cook it for 10 minutes over a high flame
        After 10 minutes transfer the eggs to cold water and keep them aside

        Grind the white peppercorn until a fine powder. peel and coarsely chop the eggs

        In a pan heat the oil, put all vegetables in the pan, then add crushed black pepper and a bit amount of salt_Saute them together for 3-4 minutes over medium-low heat keep aside, In the same pan shallow fry chicken tikka chunks until golden brown color keeps aside...

        Here I am using frozen stock but if you are using fresh stock even then heat up the stock very well, when bringing the stock to a boil reduce the heat, and add soya sauce and white vinegar to the yakhni

        Right after combining all spices with the stock, stir the spoon, then put boiled noodles and mix them well

        Then add vegetables and mix again, now add fried chicken tikka chunks

        Add boiled eggs along with add butter/margarine, and stir slightly till butter dissolved

        Towards the end add red chili sauce, and mix them well further.
