Recipe notes:
- I have used the popsicle molds to prepare this choco-bar ice cream by freezing the ice cream first
- You can also use silicone ice cream molds and place the ice cream sticks as an alternate option
- You can dust the chocolate coating with dry fruits crushed as well this can also be done by mixing the crushed dry fruits directly into the chocolate sauce before the cream is solid and dipped in it
- I have added vanilla extract to the milk cream
- But this can be easily extended to other flavors like mango, butterscotch, and coffee flavors
- Also, make sure to cool the chocolate sauce slightly else the ice cream might melt while dipping.
- additionally, use dark chocolate/milk chocolate depending on your choice.
- finally, chocolate bar ice cream tastes great when prepared with good-quality chocolate.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know
how it turns out for you.
