To retain its flavor and aroma, one needs to store it in an airtight container you can keep in the refrigerator or in the kitchen cabinet if the weather is not humid Take the required amount  with clean moisture free spoon and immediately close the container and put it back in the fridge

Making this biryani masala at home is very easy, just gather the spices clean and check if any bad ones and worms in it then simply dry roast  for a couple of minutes and grind into powder the method cannot be simpler than this

Heat the pan, add all whole spices, dry roast them all together for 1 minute over the low-medium flame, transfer to the plate, and let it a bit cool down



    Put all ingredients in the grinding jar_Grind them well till turn into a fine powder

    Now add all powdered spices to the grounded spice

      Store it in an airtight jar or any Ziploc bag  for up to 3-4 weeks in the cool and dry place

        Ingredients:
        1. 2 tbsp, red chili powder
        2. 2 tbsp, Kashmiri red chili (degi Lal Mirch)
        3. 1 tsp, turmeric powder
        4. 1/2 tsp, citric acid
        5. 1 tsp, garlic powder
        6. 1 tsp, ginger powder
        7. 1 tbsp, salt
        Whole spices for the dry roast:
        1. 2 tbsp, coriander seeds
        2. 1 tbsp, cumin seeds
        3. 7, cloves
        4. 1 tbsp, black peppercorn
        5. 6, green cardamoms
        6. 2, cinnamon sticks
        7. ½ pieces, nutmeg
        8. 2 pieces, mace
        9. ½ flower, star anise
          Whole Spices will be added
          1. 10-12, dried plums
          2. 2, bay leaves
          3. 3, green cardamoms
          4. 3, cloves
          5. 8, black peppercorns
          6. 2 black cardamoms
          How to make Biryani Masala?
          1. Heat the pan
          2. Add all whole spices black peppercorn, cinnamon,star anise, cumin,coriander, cloves,cardamom, mace and nutmeg
          3. Dry roast them all together for 1-2 minutes over low-medium flame
          4. Transfer to the plate, let it a bit cool down
          5. Put all ingredients in the grinding jar
          6. Grind them well till turn into a fine powder
          7. Take it out to the bowl or plate 
          8. Now add all powder spices red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili, turmeric, salt, garlic ginger powder, and citric acid
          9. Stir to mix them well
          10. Then add whole spices dried plums, black peppercorn, bay leaves, green cardamom, and cloves
          11. Stir to combine them with powdered masala
          12. Now Homemade Biryani Masala is ready to use in any kind of biryani
          13. Store it in an airtight jar or any zip logs for up to 3-4 weeks in the cool and dry place
