As all those readers know I have started modifying
the post by adding a similar recipe video but this video doesn't consist of condensed milk rather it is a bit different. this recipe that you will watch is called condensed milk caramel 


Condensed milk is sweetened and rich creamy flavored milk, it is cow's milk from which water has been removed. It is most often found in the form of "sweetened condensed milk" ("SCM"), with sugar added, and the terms "condensed milk" and "sweetened condensed milk" are often used interchangeably today.

It can be used in a lot of desserts, homemade condensed milk can be easily prepared at home by using only 2 ingredients and you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks no need to buy from outside while you can do it I told you my experiment regarding it

Over a year ago I made a plan to make custard and to make I required condensed milk due to lack of time I couldn't go outside to buy so I just searched on the net for how to make condensed milk at home, after a while, I got a recipe about condensed milk before it I started my experiment regarding a recipe

I began by reciting Bismillah and taking the name of Allah, feeling a bit confused and uncertain if I could do it properly because my next recipe relied on condensed milk. However, as I started making it, I realized that it was an easy method and I was needlessly upset. 

It only took 15 minutes to cook, was perfect, and resulted in a thick, sweetened milk as I had wanted. This experiment taught me to never be disappointed, nervous, or lose hope until have completed the trials and experiments.

In a pan pour milk along with sugar and baking soda




Stir to mix it well



Let it bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce the heat to medium-low, and keep stirring slowly for 10-15 minutes


    Stir constantly till remains half, then reduce the heat


    Allow to cook for another 10 minutes over a low flame, Or until milk is thickened, condensed milk is almost done, take in a spoon and let it cool for a minute, and then you can check its consistency accordingly below the picture


    Let it cool down completely, then pour it into another bowl, and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours


      Now condensed milk is ready to use in recipes_Even can be served with rusk, bread roll, dinner roll, etc


          It can be stored in any kind of glass container for use later for up to two weeks.

          Condensed Milk, is sweetened and rich creamy flavored milk, it is cow's milk from which water has been removed. 
          Ingredients:
          1. 2 cups, of milk
          2. 1 cup, of sugar
          3. ¼ tsp, baking soda
          4. 2 drops, of vanilla extract optional
          How to make Condensed Milk?
          1. Take a broad pot/pan
          2. Place on stove and pour milk along with baking soda and sugar
          3. Stir to mix them well
          4. Bring it to a boil
          5. Keep stirring constantly over medium heat until remains half 
          6. Reduce the heat and allow to cook for another 10 minutes
          7. Till milk is thickened
          8. Remove from the flame
          9. And let it cool down completely
          10. Now pour into the container/bottle
          11. Store it up to for 2 weeks
          12. Note: at this stage, you can add vanilla extract but I have mentioned in my previous post I don’t like the taste and smell of vanilla extract this is the reason I never add but you can add it if needed
