Mango ice cream is a rich creamy and sweet frozen dessert that is the
most popular during the summer season or even after summer_there are many flavors
in ice cream available easily in every second shop/store in Pakistan. There was a time when people used to go ice cream parlor for eating and buying and it fell even more costly
But now this the trend is almost has finished just because in most of the people enough aware
has come that they can make ice-cream or kulfi at home within the budget and
were just two persons were eating
ice-cream right there now all family members can eat ice-cream by making at
home in minimum budget
No hard and fast rules to make ice cream at home
quite an easy and simple method and putting desirable flavor is up to you
So here I made mango ice cream with a few
ingredients, you can add the flavor of your choice just like vanilla, pistachio, or chocolate
InshaAllah I will share all flavors one by one
but the problem is nowadays we are facing electricity problem in Karachi plus
in so hot weather think over how much we are suffering anyhow but my try level
best that I could post those recipes which are related to the summer season

Ingredients:
- Mango: to make delicious ice cream firstly choose sweet mango and then dice the pulp of fresh mango and make the puree without adding water_mango puree quantity should be double that of cream
- Cream: buy good quality whipped cream to make the perfect result secondly before beating cream make sure the cream is enough chilled
- For the best result cream texture should be like a soft peak, a stiff peak may your ice-cream turns into an icy texture
- Condensed milk: I have shared the condensed milk recipe in my earlier blog post either you can get the recipe on my blog or can buy it from the market, but you can add powdered sugar as well instead of condensed milk
- Mango essence: recommend using mango essence but if you have not then can be used vanilla essence instead of it
- Yellow food color: an essential ingredient of the recipe, use drops rather than powder as the powder is a bit bitter in taste_i used a few drops in ice cream as I didn't want to make dark yellow but you can add more color by choice
Recipe Tips:
- If you are in Pakistan, best to use whippy whipped cream or dairy Cream for making the ice cream. I always use dairy Cream with 25% fat.
- Adjust the amount of condensed milk to the taste of the mango pulp.
- If you are using canned mango puree, adjust the amount of sugar as per taste.
- Do not use water to blend the mango pulp.
- I have used 25% fat cream to make this ice cream.
- Sweet, ripe, and aromatic mango-like seenri is the best for making this ice cream.
- Do not mix the ice cream for too long after combining all the ingredients. Once mango puree is combined with whipped cream, stop mixing.
To prepare mango puree peel the mango and dice
the pulp of fresh mango into chunks. Blend it to a smooth puree without using
any water. Or you can use canned mango puree.
Mango puree is ready
Take a deep large-sized bowl to add chilled cream
and start beating the cream with the help of an electric beater on medium speed
Keep beating till the cream is reached soft peaks
Now add ingredients one by one First, add condensed milk
And mix them with an electric beater for 30-40 seconds on low speed
Next, add mango puree
And whip them together on
low speed
Until everything is incorporated
Towards the end add mango essence
Next, the yellow
food color
Stir to mix them up with a spatula

Take an airtight container
Transfer the all mango mixture into the
container, Tap it down little
Cover the lid tightly_ Keep in the refrigerator at least overnight or a day
After passing a day take the ice-cream container
out of the fridge_Leave it on the slab for a while
Then wet the scoop in warm water, And scoop out the ice cream into the serving
ice-cream glass
You can see the texture of the ice-cream
Mango ice cream is ready to serve or eat

- 185g, cream
- 80g, Condensed milk
- 3-4 drops, mango essence
- 3-4 drops, yellow food color
How to make the Mango Ice-cream?
- To prepare mango puree peel the mango and dice the pulp of fresh mango into chunks. Blend it to a smooth puree without using any water. Or you can use canned mango puree.
- Take a deep large-sized bowl to add chilled cream
- Start beating the cream with the help of an electric beater on medium speed
- Keep beating till the cream is reached soft peaks
- Now add ingredients one by one
- First, add condensed milk and
- Mix them with an electric beater for 30-40 seconds on a low speed
- Next, add mango puree and whip them together at low speed until everything is incorporated
- Towards the end add mango essence and
- Next, the yellow food color
- Stir to mix them up with a spatula
- Take an airtight container
- Transfer the all mango mixture into the container
- Tap it down a little and cover the lid tightly
- Keep in the refrigerator at least overnight or a day
- After passing a day take the ice cream container out of the fridge
- Leave it on the slab for a while
- Then wet the scoop in warm water
- And scoop out the ice cream into the serving ice cream glass
- Mango ice cream is ready to serve or eat
- Enjoy!
