Cheese Bread Omelet is a quick and easy breakfast, especially for kids other than elders, it has a cheesy flavor with a delicious taste

Additional ingredients can be added to this such as red or yellow pepper, parsley, and a bit of white onion, I couldn’t add them due to heavy rain, and all the ways were filled with rainwater and mud, So I had to skip it

Cheese Bread omelet is one of the street foods of India and is made with tons of variations, actually, I made this bread omelet inspired by this snack which is quite tasty and easy, it is made with eggs, veggies, and bread slices

Tips for Bread Omelet:
  1. I have made this bread omelet without any veggies, just added cheese alongside sprinkling some chat masala and black pepper
  2. But you can make variations by putting veggies of your choice. can be added black or green olives or chopped mushrooms
  3. You can make this bread omelet without cheese, I have used cheddar cheese, feel free to replace it with mozzarella cheese
  4. Or you can skip it and simply make omelet bread with veggies
  5. I won’t suggest adding tomatoes or more onion One reason for this is that onion and tomato have more quantity of water and when you add an omelet they may shred instead of binding around the slices
  6. If you love adding these veggies to your omelet then try to add a few pieces
  7. For health reasons, favor brown bread or multi-grain bread

To begin this recipe firstly beat the eggs to it. Take the medium-sized bowl and crack the eggs into it, Next, add salt, red chili powder, and milk

Whisk them together very well

Heat the oil in the large pan/skillet on medium flame and spread the oil with the help of the brush. Pour the egg mixture over the skillet

And spread it around. Turning the flame to low

Then place the bread slice over the egg mixture

And flip it

Likewise, place the second bread next to the bread slice, 
Keep the flame very low to prevent a burn from the bottom

At this stage, you can sprinkle some chopped veggies over the bread slices. And do the same as before

After 20-30 seconds flip the bread, And cook another side for a few seconds on low flame

Turn over the bread slices again

And gather the edges of the egg from all four sides on top of the bread

Place the cheese slice on the bread

Sprinkle some black pepper

And chaat masala

Fold the bread from the other side of the bread

Cook it further from both sides on low-medium

Once they turn brown

Transfer to the serving plate, And cut the bread slices with a pizza cutter
