Hot Red Chilli Sauce is a simple and easy recipe for making Chinese-style homemade hot chilli sauce. this spicy sauce gives a great flavour to your dishes. My homemade hot chilli sauce is made with a few ingredients I am using red jalapeno chilli which is available at any superstore easily, for Making any hot sauce requires only peppers, salt, sugar and vinegar

But if you don’t like much spice then you can use Kashmiri red chilli too instead of red jalapeno chilli because jalapeno red chilli is a bit hotter than other kinds of red chillies but I want to make my own hot red chilli sauce that is why

I am using such spicy chilli. Additionally, if jalapeno red chilli is not available surrounding your area don’t bother at all you can use Kashmiri red chilli which is available easily at any general store/shop in Pakistan, so let's begin

Firstly soak the red chilli in hot water, If you are using Kashmiri or any kind of red chilli

                   


Extract all seeds from jalapeno chillies or if you are using any other dry chillies so no need to extract seeds from Kashmiri it is less spicy, Cut into pieces




Put all red chillies with a little water in the grinding jug, and blend it well until a smooth paste



    Take a pan add chilli paste, and let it cook for 2 minutes over low-medium flame until water dries up, Then add white vinegar, salt, sugar and oil, mix them well, keep stirring occasionally on low flame and let it cook for 8-10 minutes
    Remove from the heat, it's up to you how much you want to keep the thick or thin sauce 



      Let it cool down completely 




      Transfer to any glass jar or bottle, hot red chilli sauce is ready to serve with samosakabab,pakoda etc

      Ingredients:
      1. 5-7, jalapeno red chilli/Kashmiri red chilli
      2. 2 tbsp, white vinegar
      3. 1 tbsp, white sugar powder
      4. ½ tbsp, salt
      5. ½ tbsp, olive oil
      How to make the Chilli Sauce?
      1. Firstly extract all seeds from the chillies then cut all into pieces
      2. Note: If you are using Kashmiri red chillies then have to just soak them in hot water for ½ hour before making sauce otherwise it won’t blend properly
      3. 2nd no need to extract seeds because Kashmiri chillies have less spicy
      4. Now In the grinding jar/jug put red jalapeno chillies and blend them till get a smooth paste 
      5. In a pan add chilli paste and cook it on low heat for 2 minutes
      6. Let any excess moisture cook off
      7. Then add oil, sugar, salt and white vinegar
      8. Mix them well
      9. Allow to cook them another 8-10 minutes on low flame
      10. Remove from the flame and let it cool completely
      11. Transfer to any glass jar and bottle before serving
      12. Hot Chilli Sauce is ready to serve with bun kebabpakora kabab etc
      13. Note: You can add 3 garlic cloves as well at the time of blending red chillies as desired
      14. Now you can store it in any container/bottle for 2 weeks
