To prepare this recipe firstly soak the tamarind in warm water for 2-3 hours, if it possible you put it aside overnight

Discard water of soaked plum and tamarind and then extract the seeds from them
In a cooking pot pour water, the pulp of tamarind and plums, salt sugar, ginger piece, and cumin seeds, and stir to mix them very well Allow to cook for about 15-20 minutes on low-medium flame

Cool to room temperature, and save in a clean jar or bottle

- 4 cups, of water
- 1 cup, sugar or sugar syrup
- ½ tsp, black salt or rock salt
- 1 inch, ginger piece
- 1 tsp, cumin seeds
- 2 cups, of water
How to make the Tamarind Plum Drink?
- To prepare this recipe firstly soak the tamarind in warm water for 2-3 hours
