Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Chicken Fried Rice is very mouth-watering. usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. Fried rice is a popular component of East, Southeast, and certain South Asian cuisines.,this yummy recipe takes less time to get ready.

What is Fried Rice?
Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. ... As a homemade dish, fried rice is typically made with ingredients leftover from other dishes, leading to countless variations, many popular varieties of fried rice have their own specific list of ingredients
Fried rice is popular street food in Asia. In some Asian countries, small restaurants, street vendors, and traveling hawkers specialize in serving fried rice

I usually prepared with leftover boiled rice, personally, I love to have fried rice whenever I have leftover rice in my fridge I plan to make this wonderful and wholesome rice ever I do variations with prawns, ever with fish, 

And sometimes when I haven’t available any type of meat then uses eggs and fried mixed vegetables which are always available in my fridge
This is a quick and instant rice dish however you should have available related ingredients in your fridge so very easy and quick

Take all ingredients and prepare all veggies for rice

Take one saucepan to pour half a cup of water or add chicken pieces along with ginger garlic paste, vinegar and salt bring it to boil on high flame then cover the lid and reduce the flame on low-medium 

Cook chicken until meat is tender, If water remains then you turn the flame on high until the water dries out, Shred the chicken keep aside  


Take one large-sized pot/pan pour 1-liter water in the pot add salt bring to a boil then add rice and with white vinegar stir well cook rice till turns to fully cooked  


Drain the rice out from the water and set it aside until required 
Note: boil the rice two hours before the cooking while are being prepared biryani or fried rice 
Note: you can use leftover boiled rice as well

Beat the egg with salt, food color, and black pepper, heat the oil in a pan, and pour the egg mixture into the pan, scramble the egg into small chunks 

Remove from the flame shift to the plate then keep aside

Now heat oil in a wok/pan add chopped garlic fry till turns to a light golden brown. Add all ingredients and fry on high flame for 2 minutes

Then add eggs and spring onion fry them for a second then add sauces with salt besides boiled rice, stir to mix well on high flame for a minute


Transfer to the serving dish/tray, now ready to hot Serve  


This can be served with chicken shashlik, chili chicken

Egg Fried Rice is rice. deceptively simple, but a huge favorite and crowd-pleaser, I used cooked rice, eggs along with a few fried vegetables and then stir-fried in a wok or pan on high heat quick and easy rice originally from Chinese Cuisine

This egg rice goes well with sweet and sour chili chicken whose recipe will share in my next post in addition this rice also can be served with chicken Manchurian, whose share recipe soon

Additionally, you can use leftover boiled rice if have it in your fridge, but if you are cooking freshly then must be cooked two hours before stir-fried,

But I prefer that never make any type of fried rice from freshly cooked rice, it’ll turn out to be a gobby mash, because there is far  too much moisture in freshly cooked rice, I cooked egg rice by an easy method, hardly took 20 minutes in cooking, so lets the go-ahead to know how to cook with step by step photos,,,

To prepare this recipe first clean and soak the rice for an hour


Meanwhile finely chop the capsicum, carrot, and spring onion, grate the cabbage


Then fry them together in 1 tsp olive oil for 5 minutes on high-medium flame, keep aside until required, crush the black and white  peppercorn set aside


Boil the rice in a large size pot and put them in a colander so that excess water could remove from the rice and keep in an airy place and let it completely cool down 


In the same pan put chopped garlic cloves and fry them for a minute on medium heat


Crack the eggs along with food orange color


Sprinkle black peppercorn 


Mix well eggs with spices 


Keep mixing on medium flame till turns to scramble texture


Now shift the fried vegetables to the scrambled eggs 


Give them to good stir on medium-low flame


Add cooked rice along with soya sauce to the pan


Put crushed peppers on rice


Start to now mixing on high-medium flame


Keep mixing by adding salt


Constantly keep mixing rice with egg mixture till turns everything is incorporated 


Transfer to the serving dish/plate, egg fried rice is ready to serve with shashliksweet and sour chicken chilies

  1. Meat: the best part of beef is the tenderloin cut this is more tender and juicy meat for using in steak, beef chili dry or any other stir-fried foods, which take a maximum of 10-15 minutes to be prepared so I prefer to use it in such recipes also will suggest all of you for the best result of the recipe 
  2. Chilies: these are the main ingredients of this recipe so choose a bit thick green chilies that are called bullet green chilies, never use small chilies it will make your dish fiercely hot
  3. Veggies: this recipe doesn’t need to use more veggies, so buy fresh veggies when you make a plan to cook beef chili for your lunch or dinner as stale veggies can’t enhance the taste of any dish
  4. Sauces: the key to this recipe is to make saucy flavor in the dish
  5. in which include dark soya sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and hot chili sauce_in case you haven’t available anyone of them. then can be used as barbecue sauce
  6. Macaronis: this is totally up to you use rice or macaroni with beef chili dry but don’t overcook macaroni/pasta/spaghettis as I have been coming to mention in my post_overcooked rice and pasta/macaroni turns to mushy after being cooled


To make this recipe firstly rinse the beef and cut this boneless into equal strips

Mix beef strips with ginger garlic paste and salt_Mix them up very well_Keep mixing by adding white vinegar and oyster sauce

Add dark soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and hot chili sauce

Keep in the refrigerator for an hour 


Boil the water in a pot with the oil and salt_Add macaroni is and cook them for around 7-8 minutes on high flame

Once macaroni is cooked

Strain them out onto the colander

Drizzle some oil over macaroni to prevent sticking to each other set aside

Take all veggies and prepare them all


Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the chopped garlic_Put marinated beef in the oil_Cook beef strips over medium heat for 5 minutes

Lower the flame and remove the lid. Add hot chili sauce slightly stir and again cover the lid until meat is done till 90% then Put onion slices, spring white onion, and half green chilies

Stir to mix them together very well 


And add red chili flakes, mix up well then add capsicum sliced_Further, cook, by covering the lid until the water is reduced to a quarter 


Towards the end add spring green onion, and green chilies sliced to the beef_Mix them slightly and further cover the lid, Simmer beef chili for 5 minutes over low heat, Turn off the flame and sprinkle some crushed black pepper, and stir to mix up. Beef chili dry is ready to serve, keep aside

In the first way simply place some macaroni on the plate as needed then place some beef chili dry on top of the macaroni

And in a second way take a large-capacity wok/pan combine all cooked beef chilies with boiled macaroni, and add some green spring onion and butter_Stir to mix them very well on medium-low heat

Beef chilies dry macaroni is ready

Transfer to the serving plate

Immediately serve hot with tea
