Chicken Paratha is a delicious, meaty paratha stuffed with tasty chicken fillings that I loved a lot. You can make this at breakfast or sehri. Making it in a half-moon shape and then cutting it into a triangle shape is the best meal for kids' tiffin boxes as well.

The chicken paratha recipe is the recipe of choice for folks who are willing to change their taste and flavor for a paratha but not give up the traditional recipe that has been around our culture for centuries. This recipe can also prove to be a great choice for sehri recipes, as it can be prepared easily in the rush hours of sehri and would fill you up really well with all the nutrition and good taste inside.

I used chicken meat for paratha stuffing, but you can use beef, mutton, or lamb. This paratha is very simple and easy, but not so quick; it will take you a little more time than other regular parathas
I cooked chicken with spices and then ground it in the food processor. After that stuffed the filling in the rolled paratha dough
