This spiced tea is commonly called masala chai or simply chai, though the term generally refers to tea in
the original language. Numerous coffee houses use the term chai latte or chai
tea latte (essentially meaning "tea latte") for their version to
indicate that the steamed milk, much like a regular coffee is mixed
with a spiced tea concentrate instead of espresso.
It is one of the best kinds of Chai
to enjoy anytime, learn to make more flavorful chai.
Pour the water and add whole spices along with ginger then let it boil for 10 minutes on low-medium heat, add tea leaves and simmer it for around 3 minutes on deficient heat
Heat the milk in the microwave or stove, and combine sugar and milk in the cup

Ingredients:
- 4 ½ cups, of water
- 5 tsp, tea leaves
- 2, cloves
- ½ stick, of cinnamon
- 2, green cardamom
- 1/2 inch pcs, ginger
- Sugar to taste
- 1 cup, of milk
How to make the Masala Chai?
- In the saucepan pour 4 cups of water along with cloves, green cardamom, and cinnamon stick
- Bring it to boil for 10 minutes over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes
- Reduce flame to low then add tea leaves and simmer it for 3 minutes until aroma arose
- Meanwhile, heat the milk in the microwave
- Take a cup put sugar to taste and pour milk
- Then pour tea into the strainer
- Mix to well combined
- Masala Tea is ready to serve
- Note: If you want to make strong tea then you add 1.5 tsp tea leaves in 1 cup
