Cheesy white sauce is a rich creamy and mouthwatering recipe. This classic, storecupboard white sauce is loaded with strong cheddar cheese. The basic white sauce that your mother probably taught you, with cheese thrown in for yumminess. This sauce is a cheesy version of the classic white sauce. and it's perfect for many dishes that need a mild-flavored sauce with cheese.

and cheese, cheesy rice, vegetables, and many different pasta recipes; some
people like it for lasagna.

Cheese Sauce:
This cheese is made with just simple and
familiar ingredients. you can make a cheese sauce that is so tasty. you will
want to drizzle it on everything. Basic ingredients you most likely already
have in your pantry and fridge will combine easily and make a creamy sauce
everyone will enjoy.
Flour: thicken the sauce
Milk: Thins the sauce out a
bit and adds sweet flavor
Sharp cheddar cheese: Freshly grated cheese
will melt better and give a stronger flavor than the coated shredded cheese
Cream: this helps to give an extra
creamy texture to the sauce. but you can skip it if you don’t want some extras in
your recipe
Seasonings: bring some flavor and
taste to the sauce I added some garlic powder and peppers. these seasonings enhance the
taste

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat. add the butter and melt.
Next, add flour and mix with the butter for 2 minutes on low-medium flame.
Pour the milk into the saucepan along with garlic powder, and black and white pepper.
Start to whisk the mixture evenly to avoid making lumps
When the mixture comes to a boil and the flour will disappear and the sauce will begin to thicken. While the sauce bubbles, add cheddar cheese and keep whisking for another 2 mins or until dissolved
To bring a more creamy and smooth texture to the sauce add cooking cream, and cook it for another minute. towards the end add salt and stir well

- 200ml, milk
- 1 tsp, garlic powder
- ½ tsp, black pepper
- ½ tsp, white pepper
- 150g, cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp, cooking cream optional
- ½ tsp, salt
