These mixed lentil fritters are very popular; people make them with different variations and spices. I used my traditional way to make it. Before this post, I shared my CHANA DAL PAKODA.

These fritters are very similar to this one, except that they add two more lentils are added all the spices are added in the same.

To make the work easier, I present you with a very easy mixed dal fritters premix. Prepare a big batch of it so that whenever you want to make pakora, you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen grinding soaked lentils, mixing them, and frying them. This fritter premix is a lifesaver, especially for last-minute guests or during Ramadan.

My Latest Video Mixed Dal Pakoda:

Many premixes are available on the market, but this homemade premix has a mixture of 3 dals. It is extra crispy and delicious.

Recipe Notes:

Use the same measurements for all the dals. If you increase or decrease the number of dals or lentils, the taste and texture of your pakora may vary, and you may not achieve the same results.
