Pav bhaji is a fast food dish that has gone to gain fame the
 
world over, pav means Bread and Bhaji Refer to a curried

vegetable dish, a serving of pav bhaji consist of pav and bhaji 
garnished with coriander leaves and butter along with onion sliced with lemon wedges

Put all whole spices into the pan

Dry Roast them together until well toasted

Transfer to the grinding jar

Grind all whole spices together for 2 minutes

Then mix powder spices with roasted grinding spices

Grind them once again until mix well

Further stir to mix well until everything is incorporated, you can store it in the jar or airtight container for 1-2 weeks

  1. 2 tbsp, coriander seeds roasted
  2. 1 tbsp, cumin seeds roasted
  3. 1 piece, bay leaf roasted 
  4. 6-7 pieces, cloves 
  5. 1 pod, black cardamom roasted
  6. 1 tsp, fennel seeds roasted       
  7. 1 inch, cinnamon stick
  8. 1 tsp, black peppercorn
Powder Spices:
  1. 1 ½ tbsp, Kashmiri red chili
  2. 1 tsp, turmeric
  3. 1 tsp, salt
  4. 1 ½ tsp, mango powder
How to make pav bhaji masala powder?
  1. Heat the pan for 1 minute then put black cardamom, coriander and cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds, and black pepper
  2. Dry roast them together over low-medium heat for 2 minutes
  3. Slightly dry roasting gives it to crunchy and aromatic flavor to enhance the taste of  pav bhaji
  4. Transfer to the grinding jar and grind them for a few minutes then put powder spice it Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, and salt
  5. Grind them again until well combine all spices
  6. Transfer to the jar/bottle and keep it to any cold dry place
  7. Can be stored for up to 1-2 weeks
