Take all ingredients of curry and prepare all veggies, along
with rinsing chicken pieces,s to keep aside until required

- 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste freshly ground

- 1 tbsp, crushed coriander seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 ½, Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ tsp, regular red chili powder
- ½ tsp, turmeric powder
- 1 tsp, basic garam masala
- 1 tsp, red chili flakes
- 1 cup, canola oil/olive oil
- 1 tsp, grated ginger
- ¼ tsp, black peppercorn
- 1 tsp, cumin seeds
- 2 pcs, bay leaves
- 2-3, green cardamom
- 23, cloves
- 1 pod, brown cardamom
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 1-2 cups, of water hot and boiled
How to Make Chicken Curry?
