I added a new version of the yellow rice video in which I included chicken. Hopefully all my beloved readers enjoy as well the way you like this yellow rice as well. And also, I prepared this rice version in a cooker that would be more convenient for every busy woman. 

Yellow rice is a super easy and simple, mildly spiced yellow rice recipe. This is quite aromatic and flavored riceTo enhance the taste of rice can be added chicken cubes if you don't have prepared stock in your fridge. Quick and easy recipe, best for lunch or dinner,

In this recipe, you can even make variations by adding peas, beans, and carrots, or if you are non-vegetarian, the boiled egg or boiled chicken may be added. a very tasty and simple rice that can be prepared within 30 minutes
Rice, tomato, and seasonings are the main ingredients in this recipe, so let's begin

Tips:
  1. To prepare this yellow rice can be added vegetables, chicken, and eggs for enhance the taste.
  2. Slightly fry or blanch veggies before adding them to the rice
  3. Basmati rice is ideal for making this recipe
  4. Always use a large capacity pot for cooking rice
  5. Adding white vinegar during cooking rice is the best tip to prevent sticking or broken rice from each other.

Plain yellow rice



Firstly, thoroughly rinse the rice under the running water, then
Soak in the water for at least 2 hours. Set aside_Take all ingredients and prepare all veggies.

Pour oil into the large pot and heat it, then put onion slices, and saute the onion slices for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.e

Put tomatoes and garam masala into the fried onions, and cook the masala for 5 minutes on medium heat till it turns soft.

Reduce the heat to low, then start adding spices to the fried onion, splash some water into the masala keep on stirring by adding masala on low heat.

Add food color, then roast masala by splashing water on low-medium heat. At this stage, you can add vegetables and boiled chicken as desired. Now pour half the stock (yak, hni), half the reserve for later.

Then put green chilies along with coriander leaves into the onion masala, bring it to a boil, turn the flame to low, and add soaked and drained rice to the masala, and stir to combine well for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the remaining chicken stock to the rice and bring it to a boil, and then cover the lid

Cook the rice for around 4-5 minutes on the high-medium flame until the water is evaporated, reduce the heat to low, and allow to simmer for it further 5 minutes on very low heat..

Transfer to the serving plate/dish. No, wow, simple yellow rice is ready to serve...

Yellow rice is served with kabobveggie raitaand another gravy-based meat curry.

This is a flavorful and generously spiced Dominican-style yellow rice recipe. Try this simple and tasty rice. 

Ingredients:
  1. 3 cups, rice, soaked
  2. 1 mediu onion
  3. 1 tsp, white vinegar
  4. 2 medium-sized, peeled tomatoes or tomato puree 
  5. 3-4  green chilies
  6. 1 tsp  green chili paste
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  10. 3 pinches, lemon food color 
  11. ½ ts, turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp, coriander seeds crushed
  13. 1 tsp red chili powder
  14. 100ml,oil
  15. ½ tsp, garam masala
  16. 1/3 ts, cumin seeds
  17. 1/3 tsp, black peppercorn
  18. 2 pods, green cardamoms
  19. 1 pcs, bay leaf
  20. ½ inch, cinnamon stick
  21. ¼ piece, star anise
  22. 2, cloves
  23. 3 cups of homemade stock
  24. 100ml, cooking oil
How to make Plain Yellow Rice? 
  1. Heat the oil in a large pot and put the onion slices 
  2. Sauté them for 5 minutes on medium flame or till they turn golden brown
  3. Then add tomato wedges or puree, bay leaf, green cardamoms, cumin seeds, cloves, star anise, and cinnamon stick
  4. Fry them well for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chili paste, and keep on mixing until the tomatoes are soft. 
  6. Now add powdered spices, red chili, turmeric powder, crushed coriander seeds,garam masala, and salt, along with food color.
  7. Splash some water on the masala to prevent a burn from the base
  8. During roasting, the masala, keep the flame low
  9. Now, pour half the quantity of chicken stock and bring it to a boil, then add chopped coriander leaves along with green chilies.
  10. After boiling, reduce the flame to low, then put the soaked and drained rice.
  11. Stir to well combine. At this stage,e adjust salt and pour remaining chicken stock, further bring to a boil, and add white vinegar at this stage.
  12. Note that white vinegar prevents broken rice grains
  13. Cover the lid until the water has evaporated turn the flame to low
  14. And further, allow it around 5 minutes on a very low flame
  15. Remove from the flame and let it cool down a bit
  16. Then transfer to the serving plate/tray
  17. Easy and quick tasty yellow rice is done to serve
  18. Note: stock will be used as a place of water because there should be an equal quantity of water and stock
  19. In case you have a smaller quantity of stock, so can be added water make an equal quantity  
  20. To understand, you are cooking 4 cups enough soaked rice, then you will require 4 cups of water or stock
  21. But if you have 4 cups of rice and 2 ½ cups of stock, then you will add 1 ½ cups of water 
  22. On the other hand, if your rice isn’t soaked enough, then for 1 cup of rice,e 1 ½ cups of water or stock is added
