Firstly, rinse the chicken bones under running water.
In a pot/pan,n pour water and bring to a boil, il then add chicken along with ginger-garlic and onion, put all spices in the chicken, then stir well.
Bring it to a boil, then let it cook for 30-40 minutes until the chicken releases its natural oil.
Drain out all chicken pieces from the stock.
Shred the chicken for use in soup.
Strain out the stock.
Put the shredded chicken into the stock and mix well.
Tasty chicken soup is ready.
Chicken soup can be served with garlic bread, gingerbread, or a burger bun, salad, and boiled eggs.

Ingredients:
- 300g of chicken bones with meat
- 1 tbsp, chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp, chopped garlic
- 1 tsp, black peppercorn
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- ½ tsp, chicken powder
- ½ tsp, white peppercorn
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 1 liter of water, or 1 jug
How to make Chicken Broth?
- Take a medium pan/pot, pour 1 jug of water, and bring it to a boil on a high flame.
- Reduce the heat to low, then put the chicken bones
- Note that the chicken's neck and its claws can be used as well
- Put chopped ginger and garlic, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, salt, chicken powder, and white pepper
- Stir to mix well, then bring to a boil on high heat
- Turn the flame to low-medium and cover the lid
- Let it cook for around 30-40 minutes until the chicken releases its natural oi.l
- Keep stirring occasionally
- Once it is cooked well, remove it from the flame
- Drain chicken pieces from the stock and shred them. Set aside
- Strain out chicken stock through a strainer
- Transfer to the serving bowl and put the shredded chicken in the soup
- It’s optional,l you can skip it as well
- Chicken soup is ready to serve
- Chicken soup can be served with garlic bread, gingerbread, a burger bun, salad, and boiled eggs.
