Chicken Samosa is a crispy, crunchy, and tasty
deep-fried savory snack, this recipe is prepared with a samosa sheet (manda patti)
along with a macaroni mixture that is filled in samosas and after sealing the
edges are fried until golden brown
Macaroni, chicken, and eggs are the main ingredients folded
inside these wonderful deep-fried samosas, The uses
for this recipe are not limited to samosas and spring rolls used as a
filling for parathas, and sandwiches, use in pasta, and salads the list is
never-ending! Use this recipe as a template and add whatever else you like
sweetcorn, peas, potatoes, beans, spinach see what I mean? The list really is
never-ending
This is one of my hot favorite snacks that I wanna have at
any time of the day though this is full of calories when samosas come in
front of me I always forget my diet plan ;) and start eating like a baby I know this
is my childish habit but I never compromised with my strict diet plan as I
said before I always forget and I love to eat mince samosa

The truth is I am a huge meat lover and I prefer to eat meat
samosas or rolls or in my dinner or lunch this habituate
transferred to me from my elders my parents were also meat lovers than veggies, this macaroni chicken samosa idea comes in my mind when I went to hydri market right there in the sweet shop
I saw these samosas is being sold and I bought some and then check the taste back the home, since then I made a plan to make them at home but due to time shortness I couldn't make it right away so finally, that day has come

To prepare this recipe first rinse and cut the chicken
Then boil the chicken with salt and ginger garlic, let it cook until water dries out then shred the chicken and set aside
Boil the water with salt and oil, then add macaroni and stir well, Allow to cook macaroni for around 7-8 minutes on high heat, then drain into a colander and set aside
Boil the eggs
Take all ingredients and prepare all veggies
Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and add chopped ingredients along with spices
Keep mixing till everything is well combined, transfer to the plate or bowl set aside until required
Take one manda sheet to apply flour batter over it with the
brush or finger, place I tbsp macaroni mixture, fold them over the right and left
sides and again apply to the batter then fold downward
Close it up firmly, Samosa is ready
In the second method, Take one rectangle sheet and fold it over down right, then again turn downwards, Apply flour batter to stick well
Repeat the same process with all remaining samosa sheet
Medium heat the oil in the wok_Carefully slide the samosas
Fry samosa on medium heat_don't disturb the samosas after putting in oil for around 2
minutes
Then flip the sides and keep on stirring around the wok
until you get an evenly golden color, Drain the samosas on kitchen paper
Fry all remaining samosas
You can see how are beautifully golden brown samosas are ready
Transfer to the serving dish/plate

Ingredients:
- 9-10 sheets, homemade manda Patti or as required
- ½ cup, chicken boiled and shredded
- 2 pcs, eggs boiled and chopped
- ½ cup, macaroni boiled and chopped
- 3-4 pcs, green chilies chopped
For Spices:
- 1 tsp, red chili flakes
- 1 tsp, black pepper
- 1 tsp, white pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp, chicken powder
- ½ tsp, parsley
How to make the Chicken Samosa?
- To prepare this recipe firstly boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste, and salt along with 1 cup of water
- Let it cook until the water dries out then shred the chicken and set aside
- Boil the water with salt and oil, then add macaroni and stir well
- Allow cooking macaroni for around 7-8 minutes on high heat
- Then drain into a colander and set aside
- Boil the eggs
- Take all ingredients and prepare all veggies
- Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and add chopped macaroni, eggs, boiled shredded chicken, and chopped green chilies
- Now start adding spices white pepper, black pepper, red chili flakes, parsley, chicken powder, and salt
- Note: one thing keeps in mind is that we have boiled chicken with salt so add salt to the mixture and be careful
- Keep mixing till everything is well combined
- Transfer to the plate or bowl and set aside until required
- I used homemade manda patti you can use any store-bought samosa sheet or can be made at home as per my recipe second thing here I used two methods of making samosa, first is from a triangle sheet and the second one is a rectangular shape sheet
- I will tell you both methods with photos
- Take one manda sheet to apply flour batter over it with the brush or finger
- Place I tbsp macaroni mixture, fold them over right and left sides, and again apply batter and fold from downward
- Close it up firmly and inspect closely to make sure no holes remain and they have sealed well
- A giant air pocket will let the oil seep in, filling fall out.
- Samosa is ready
- Take one rectangle sheet and fold it over downright
- Then again turn downward
- Apply flour batter to stick well
- Now put 1 tbsp macaroni mixture into the samosa
- Again apply batter and close it up firmly
- Repeat the same process with all remaining samosa sheet
- Medium heat the oil in the wok
- Carefully slide the samosas
- Fry samosa on medium heat
- Don’t disturb the samosas after putting in oil for around 2 minutes
- Then flip the sides and keep on stirring around the wok until you get an evenly golden color
- Drain the samosas on kitchen paper
- Fry all remaining samosas
- You can see how are beautifully golden brown samosas are ready
- Transfer to the serving dish/plate
- Serve hot with ketchup, sauce, and tea
