Tawa Kaleji Masala Powder OR Homemade Kaleji Masala Powder || How to Make Tawa Kaleji Masala Powder At Home with step-by-step photos and video.
Preparing Homemade Kaleji Masala Powder is a simple process that involves mixing a variety of spices to create a flavorful, aromatic blend. The recipe I am sharing uses basic spices rather than relying on artificial additives or chemicals commonly found in store-bought masala powders.
These chemicals are often added to preserve the spices but can be harmful to our health in the long run. By preparing our own spice blends, we can avoid these harmful additives and enjoy a healthier, tastier meal.

What Types Of Dishes Are Suitable For Use?
I have created a homemade tawa kaleji masala powder that is not easily available in the market or has a different taste. This versatile masala powder can be used in various kaleji recipes, like kaleji masala curry, tawa kaleji, kaleji fry, and fish fry recipes by adding ajwain to the masala. This homemade masala will enhance your dishes' flavor and make them more delicious.
Is It Possible To Store Kaleji Spice Powder for An Extended Time?
Spice powder masala can be stored for 2-3 months by keeping it in an airtight jar or bottle. However, it is important to ensure that the storage area is dry and well-ventilated, as moisture can cause the masala to spoil. For long-term storage, it is best to keep the masala in the refrigerator.
