Biryani Masala Powder  This is one of the basic recipe Homemade Biryani Masala Powder | Biryani Masala Powder is an aromatic blend of spices it’s very flavorful which can be used for any kind of biryani

Making this biryani masala at home is very easy, just gather the spices clean and check if any bad ones and worms in it then simply dry roast  for a couple of minutes and grind into powder the method cannot be simpler than this

Heat the pan, add all whole spices, dry roast them all together for 1 minute over the low-medium flame, transfer to the plate, let it a bit cool down



    Put all ingredients in the grinding jar_Grind them well till turns to a fine powder

    Take it out in the bowl or plate

    Now add all powder spices to the grounded spice

        Murgh Cholay Masala is an aromatic and flavoured  blend of different spices that helps to enhance the taste of murgh cholay, I did try a lot to make the perfect spice of this recipe, but unfortunately, every time I have to  face an unsuccessful attempt, couldn't bring its actual flavour and taste

        Then one day I thought why do I not add black salt instead of salt, so I acted upon my thinking and then again try to trust me which I could not be getting for a long time despite trying a lot, this time I achieve easily just due to skipping the regular salt from this recipe, 

        hen I realized not to achieve actual flavour was due to sharpness of salt, one more experience I got is that should not use regular salt in chana whether are whatever making from chana, remember always perfection comes from practice and experience, you can't get experience without experiments

        Additionally, this spice can be used in many recipes which are related to cholay (chickpeas)such as cholay ande chikar cholay,cholay aloo etc, I am preparing murgh cholay masala powder for 2-3 kg chicken and chickpeas you can use as needed or to taste, this is my own version rarely you could found in the market, I cooked cholay from this spice amazing taste and flavour that's why now I am sharing with all :)

                Firstly in the pan put all whole spices, dry roast them together for just a minute over low-medium heat then add poppy seeds, allow to dry roast them another a minute, remove from the heat



                Put all dry roasted whole spices in the grinder jar,grind them until you get fine powder



                  Alternative you can use stone/marble mortar for grinding spices as well, transfer to the bowl/plate



                    Now add powder spices to the roasted ground spices 

                                                                    

                    Stir to mix them very well, Bihari masala powder is ready to use in recipes

                    Take a tawa or pan and heat it well then

                    Pulav Masala Powder Give you simple a delicate aroma with this Punjabi pulao masala powder there is no special ingredients just dry roast whole spices and blend for your pulao,literally aromatic and flavoured blend of spice,this is my own version,once I have tried to make this masala at home then i cooked beef pulao from this spice trust me was so tasty and delicious taste

                    I remember that day when my friend called me that she is coming at my home for spending some cheerful time together
                    Then i started thinking what should i prepared for her lunch,then immediately come into mind why i do not cook her favorite dish that is mutton pulao,but the problem was that i have every ingredients are available at home except powder spice and didn't have enough time to go to the market


                    So within a minute i decided to make powder spices at home like a market style punjabi pulao masala powder which is been my favorite too,then i collected all essential spices for making yakhni masala powder,and ultimately after some efforts i was able to make aronatic and flavoured rice from my homemade spice powder :)  
                                                   

                    My friend couldn't believe  that i prepared pulao with my homemade spice,so this is the reason today i am sharing with all,i cooked mutton pulao with this spice but you can prepare pulao with beef,chicken or lamb by using this Punjabi pulao masala powder,you people would be wonder why i kept the name of this spice Punjabi yakhni pulao just because i have mentioned above,i am inspired by this store bought spice and i tried to make at home like this,in which got success to a great extent Alhamdulillah so let's begin

                    Place a pan on stove preheat it over medium flame, now put all whole spices,dry roast them over low flame for a minutes



                    Take them out and put them together in the grinder jar,grind them till turns to fine powder




                    Transfer ground spices to the mixing medium bowl,n
