Achar Masala is a dry powder mix of spices and herbs, formulated to enable even a novice to cook a delicious dish of achar gosht. You may save time while retaining the full taste and aroma of fresh spices and herbs using the achar gosht masala.

Heat the pan then add whole spices, 
Dry roast them on low-medium flame for 1-2 minutes, let them cool for a while then

Separately dry roast fenugreek and nigella seeds for a minute on medium flame


    Add all roasted spices to the blender jar and blend them to make a coarse powder

    Note, that fenugreek and nigella seeds will not be blended 
    Take them out into a bowl, now add all remaining powdered spices

    Now ready to use in recipes,

    1. 2 tbsp, whole coriander seeds
    2. 2 tbsp, mustard seeds
    3. 15-20, whole red chilies
    4. 2 tbsp, cumin seeds
    5. 1 tbsp, fennel seeds
    6. 2 tbsp, nigella seeds
    7. 1 ½ tsp, fenugreek seeds
    Powder Spices:
    1. 2 tsp, turmeric powder
    2. 1 tsp, citric acid
    3. 2 tsp,basic garam masala
    4. 1 tsp, black salt
    5. 1 tsp, salt
    How to Make Achaar Masala Gosht?
    1. Heat the pan then add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds
    2. Dry roast whole spices on low-medium flame for 1-2 minutes, and let them cool for a while 
    3. Separately dry roast fenugreek and nigella seeds for a minute on medium flame
    4. Add all roasted spices to the blender jar and blend them to make a coarse  powder
    5. Note, that fenugreek and nigella seeds will not be blended 
    6. Take them out into a bowl, now add turmeric powder, salt, citric acid, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds,garam masala, and black salt
    7. Stir to mix well
    8. Now ready to use in recipes
    9. You can store it in the airtight bottle/jar for 2 months or even more than it
