Chicken Wings are simple, spiced delicious, and flavored chicken wings recipe_marinate chicken wings ahead of time in a simple homemade masala for an explosion of spicy Pakistani flavors_Wings are the most favorite foods is considered by all age groups people_this wings masala is made with chicken wings, yogurt, and some basic spices

However, there are a lot of cooking styles applied to make this wings_some of people love to have them as fried wings and some of them with masala but different spices and styles are used as per their tradition and method
I love both cooking styles wings-here this flavor-packed masala chicken is my own version that can be served with Rotis or chapatisTry them out must I make sure you will love to make them again

Prepare this recipe firstly soak the chicken wings in vinegar and salty water to remove the unpleasant odor from the wings_Which usually, people dislike at all

To it take a bowl and pour water along with vinegar and salt_put the wings in the water and stir to mix well with the help of hands_Leave the wings soak for around 15 minutes right after taking them out from the water and transfer the wings to another mixing bowl

Chop the green chilies and ginger

To make black ground pepper take 2 pods of black cardamoms and 1 tsp black peppercorn then ground them together

Combine ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the wings

Coat each wing with spices

And keep in the refrigerator for an hour

Whisk the yogurt and add all powdered spices
                    


Stir to combine very well until everything is incorporated, Set aside 
                           



Heat the oil to medium heat and put chopped ginger and green chilies Sauté them for a minute_Now add marinated wings to the oil

Fry them on medium flame until change it's color_Right adding spiced yogurt to the wings and stirring to mix well on medium-high heat

Reduce the heat to medium and let them cook meantime squeeze the lemon juice into the wings

Further, stir to combine and let them cook until the water is reduced

Once water is reduced and the wings are cooked well

Lower the flame and sprinkle some crushed black peppercorn over the wings_Simmer them over very low heat by covering the lid

Ingredients for Marination Wings:
  1. 750g, chicken wings
  2. 2 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp, black pepper
  5. 1 tsp, red chili powder
Spiced Yogurt:
  1. 250g, homemade yogurt
  2. 1 ½ tsp, Kashmiri red chili powder
  3. 1 tbsp, crushed coriander powder
  4. ½ tsp, turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp, crushed red chili flakes
  6. 1 tbsp, black ground powder
  7. 1 tsp, cumin powder
Other ingredients:
  1. 1 handful, of chopped coriander leaves
  2. 1 pcs, lemon freshly squeezed
  3. 1 tbsp, ginger chopped
  4. 1 tbsp, green chilies chopped
  5. 1 cup, of cooking oil
Soaking Wings:
  1. 1 liter, of water
  2. 2 tbsp, white vinegar
  3. 1 tsp, salt
How to Make Masala Chicken Wings?

  18. Can be added more water to the wings if needed
  19. Once the water is reduced and the wings are cooked
  20. Lower the flame and sprinkle some crushed black peppercorn over the wings
  21. Simmer them over very low heat by covering the lid
  22. Now tasty and spicy chicken wings masala is ready to serve
  23. Garnish with coriander leaves and then transfer to the serving plate/dish
