masala at home then I cooked beef pulao from this spice trust me was so tasty
and delicious taste
I remember that day when my friend called me that she is coming to my home for spending some cheerful time together
Then I started thinking about what should I prepare for her lunch, then immediately come to mind why I do not cook her favorite dish that is mutton pulao, but the problem was that I have every ingredient available at home except powdered spice, and didn't have enough time to go to the market
So within a minute, I decided to make powder spices at home like a market-style Punjabi pulao masala powder which is been my favorite too, then I collected all the essential spices for making yakhni masala powder, and ultimately after some effort, I was able to make aromatic and flavored rice from my homemade spice powder :)
My friend couldn't believe that I prepared pulao with my homemade spice, so this is the reason today I am sharing with all, I cooked mutton pulao with this spice but you can prepare pulao with beef, chicken, or lamb by using this Punjabi pulao masala powder, you people would be wonder why I kept the name of this spice Punjabi yakhni pulao just because I have mentioned above, I am inspired by this store-bought spice and I tried to make at home like this, in which got success to a great extent Alhamdulillah so let's begin

Place a pan on the stove and preheat it over medium flame, now put all whole spices, and dry roast them over low flame for a minute
Take them out and put them together in the grinder jar, grind them till turn into a fine powder
Transfer ground spices to the mixing medium bowl, now put powder spices to the roasted ground spices and stir to mix them well, now yakhni pulao masala powder is ready to use in the recipe
You can store it in an airtight jar/bottle for a month, The prepared Punjabi yakhni pulao masala is enough for 2-3 kg of Pulao

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp, coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp, ginger powder
- 2 tbsp, black peppercorn
- ½ tbsp, fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp, garlic powder
- 8-10, green cardamom
- 1 ½ tsp, salt
- 1 tsp, citric acid
- 4 tbsp, cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp, caraway seeds
- 1 tsp, cloves
- 1 ½ tsp, tenderizer powder (kachri)
- 4, bay leaves
- ½ piece, star anise
- ½ piece, nutmeg
- 1 tsp, black salt
- 1 tsp, dry red chilies
How to Make Pulao Masala Powder Recipe?
- Place a pan on the stove and preheat it over medium flame, now put all whole spices coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorn, cloves bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, dry red chilies, star anise, mace, cumin seeds, and caraway seeds
- Dry roast them over low flame for a minute
- Take them out and put them together in the grinder jar, grind them till turn into a fine powder
- Transfer ground spices to the mixing medium bowl
- Now put salt, citric acid, ginger powder, and garlic powder along with tenderizer powder into the roasted ground spices,
- Stir to mix them well
- Now Punjabi yakhni pulao masala powder is ready to use in the recipe
- You can store it in an airtight jar/bottle for a month, The prepared Punjabi yakhni pulao masala is enough for 2-3 kg of Pulao
