is quite an easy and lip-smacking breakfast idea. that I prepared in just 10 minutes also this is great for kids’ breakfast or their tiffin box.

I love a handheld breakfast and this Fried Egg Sandwich is just that. Hearty bread is toasted and topped with cheese and perfectly seasoned fried eggs. This recipe makes 1 sandwich but can easily be doubled or tripled.
I made this sandwich with just a few ingredients no sauce no butter just used bread, cheese slices, egg, ketchup, pepper, and salt
The quick and east yummiest recipe that
can be enjoyed by all age group people, you can also make variations in it like
adding lettuce, cabbage, or toast with butter. I didn’t use one of them in my
fried egg sandwich. this sandwich crust has a super extremely crisp golden brown sandwich and cheesy egg taste inside that will enhance your taste bud

Spread a little oil or butter on a pan or griddle

Now toast it on low flame till the crust turns nicely golden brown and crisp

- 4 pcs, bread toast
- 2 nos, eggs
- 2 pcs, cheddar slices
- A few pinches, of black pepper
- A few pinches, salt
- Ketchup, as required
- Butter/oil as required for frying
How to Make a fried egg sandwich?
Making sandwich: Spread a little oil or
butter on a pan or griddle, Crack the egg and sprinkle some salt and pepper over
the egg. Next, place the toast on top of the fried egg and press slightly, During
toasting keep the flame down otherwise sandwich may burn.
Flip the toast and
drizzle some ketchup over a fried egg. Then place cheese slices and cover them
with another toast now toast it on low flame till the crust turns nicely golden
brown and crisp, Cut the sandwich into triangle shapes or of your choice shape
Serving tips: Cut the sandwich into
triangle shapes or of your chosen shape, Serve hot with ketchup and tea
