To make this recipe firstly marinade the mutton chop it, rinse, and beat the chops with a meat hammer or any heavy pin
Squeeze the yogurt in a muslin cloth or any strainer
Put all mutton chops into a mixing bowl with marinade ingredients
Mix chops with yogurt and spices, And keep in the fridge at least overnight
The next day preheat the grill pan by adding a little oil on
medium-high heat
Meanwhile, mix the marinated chops again with yogurt and spices
Place chops on a preheated grill pan, Grill chops on medium-high heat
Cook each side of the chops for 3-4 minutes then flip them, Cook another side of the chops as before
Transfer to the kitchen paper to remove excess oil

Ingredients:
- 750g, mutton chops
- 250g, yogurt squeezed
- 2 tbsp, green chilies coarsely ground
- 3 tbsp full, papaya paste
- 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 medium-sized, lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp, red chili powder
- 1 tsp, black pepper
- 100ml, cooking oil
- To make this recipe firstly marinade the mutton chops into it
- Rinse and beat the chops with a meat hammer or any heavy pin
- Squeeze the yogurt in a muslin cloth or any strainer
- Put all mutton chops into a mixing bowl along with salt, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, lemon juice, yogurt, black pepper, and red chili powder
- Mix chops with yogurt and spices
- And keep in the fridge at least overnight
- Papaya and lemon juice will make tender chops and yogurt give them to succulent taste
- The next day preheat the grill pan by adding a little oil on medium-high heat
- Meanwhile, mix the marinated chops again with yogurt and spices
- Place chops on a preheated grill pan
- Grill chops on medium-high heat
- Cook each side of the chops for 3-4 minutes then flip them
- Cook another side of chops as before
- Transfer to the kitchen paper to remove excess oil
- Transfer to the serving plate and garnish with lemon wedges and onion slices
- Grilled mutton chops are ready to serve
- Grilled mutton chops are served with rotis and french fries
