To prepare masala mutton chops first rinse the mutton ribs
under the running water_Marinade them with lemon juice, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and
papaya paste
Leave it for marination for around 2 hours
Take all ingredients and prepare all veggies
Whisk the yogurt and combine all spices to the yogurt and
stir to mix well set aside
Heat the oil and sauté the onion well until translucent, then add marinated chops to the onion
Then fry them with onion for 5 minutes on medium flame
Now put chopped tomatoes along with spiced yogurt on the
chop
Keep on stirring well on medium flame till the water is evaporated
Then pour 1-2 cups of hot water into the curry
Bring it to a boil, and allow cooking on a slow flame for around an hour till the chops are tender
Reduce the flame to low and then remove the lid stir slightly for 1 minute, and let them simmer for 10 minutes or until the oil has come on
top
Delicious masala mutton chops are ready_Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with green chilies
and coriander leaves
Serve them with tandoori and naan along with lemon onion

- 500g, mutton chops
- 2 medium-sized, tomatoes
- 150g, homemade
yogurt
- 1 handful, of fresh coriander leaves
- 3-4 pcs, green chilies
- 150g, ghee/oil
- 2 tbsp, ginger garlic paste freshly ground
- 2 cubes, of papaya, or 2 tbsp
- 1 large-sized, lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup, onion sliced
For Spices:
- 1 tsp, Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tbsp, crushed coriander powder
- 1 tsp, regular red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp,garam masala powder
- 1/3 tsp, black cardamom powder
- 1 tsp, black peppercorn powder
How to make Masala Mutton Chops?
