Masala Chai is a spiced version of the typical milk tea, tea masala, or garam masala tea from a store to
get the masala mixture process. It is a healthy tea that works mainly
for the flu. This flavored tea is made by brewing black tea with aromatic spices and herbs.
Originating in the Indian subcontinent,
The beverage has gained worldwide
popularity, becoming a feature in many coffee and tea houses. This spiced tea is prepared with
whole spices.
Green cardamom, which brings aroma to tea, cloves, and
cinnamon sticks, heals flu, cough, and body pain, along with any type of bacterial infection. Ginger also makes your tea flavourful. This tea turns into an antioxidant by adding
spices and herbs, which is beneficial for human health.

This spiced tea is commonly called masala chai or simply chai, though the term generally refers to tea in
the original language. Numerous coffee houses use the term chai latte or chai
tea latte (essentially meaning "tea latte") for their version to
indicate that the steamed milk, much like a regular coffee, is mixed
with a spiced tea concentrate instead of espresso.
It is one of the best kinds of Chai
to enjoy anytime, and learn to make more flavorful chai.
Pour the water and add whole spices along with ginge,r then let it boil for 10 minutes on low-medium heat, add tea leaves and simmer it for around 3 minutes olownt heat.
Heat the milk in the microwave or stove, and combine the sugar and milk in the cup.
Pour the tea into a cup and stir to mix well.l

It is a spiced version of the typical milk tea. Tea masala or garam masala is one of the best kinds of Chai to enjoy anytime.
Ingredients:
- 4 ½ cups, of water
- 5 tsp, tea leaves
- 2, cloves
- ½ stick of cinnamon
- 2, green cardamom
- 1/2 inch pieces of ginger
- Sugar to taste
- 1 cup of milk
How to make the Masala Chai?
- In the saucepan, pour 4 cups of water along with cloves, green cardamom, and an aniseed stick.
- Bring it to a boil for 10 minutes over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce the flame to low, then add the tea leaves and simmer them for 3 minutes until the aroma arises.
- Meanwhile, heat the milk in the microwave
- Take a cup, put sugar to taste, and pour milk
- Then pour tea into the strainer
- Mto well combined
- Masala Tea is ready to serve
- Note: If you want to make strong tea, then you add 1.5 tsp tea leaves to 1 cup
