Here I used beef mince to make meatballs, you can use mutton or lamb mince I wouldn’t prefer using chicken meat to make it as they are not as tasty as beef or mutton. The procedure of making kofta kadhi is quite easy and even a learner or amateur can easily prepare it, to prepare this recipe first is cooked yogurt gram flour mixture, though it takes a long time to be cooked the taste of this is delicious after being prepared.

Additionally, fried meatballs can be had plain without dipping in kadhi, these meatballs are super soft and succulent in taste and is used and eaten also with only dal chawal or bread.
I have shared another version of Khadi Masoor Dal Kadhi, which you can check out on my blog, so let’s begin.
