Step-By-Step Photos and a Video Guide.
Beef
Stew is
a delicious and slightly spicy traditional Pakistani non-vegetarian recipe. The
stew is prepared by slow cooking. Which gives it an aromatic flavor. It's best
when it's used with leg and undercuts the cow meat.
If
you have any issues with using beef, mutton, or lamb can be used as a
replacement. However, I suggest using something other than chicken meat for this recipe, as
it won't enhance the taste of your dish.
This Beef Stew Recipe is perfect for
colder weather. Tender beef is simmered in beef broth along with onions,
tomatoes, and spices until it becomes mouth-wateringly tender. It's the perfect
comfort food!

Usually, people cook stew by adding potatoes, carrots, or peas, but Traditionally Pakistani stew recipe doesn't call for any of them. Additionally, stew is cooked in many ways in Pakistan. Here I prepared my recipe using my style, you can say that it is my own version that you certainly love, I assure you of that.
"My mother used to cook stew in her style, which I didn't
like. I would only taste it once and never eat it again. I searched for a
delicious stew but never found one I liked. So, I decided to try
cooking it myself. The result amazed me - it tasted even better than I had
expected."
