Garlic bread is a delicious bread mostly served with pizza and as breakfast, it is basically Italian or French bread and is made in two ways  bread sliced and spread with garlic butter then crisped in the oven or prepared with a softened dough 

And then spread garlic butter over it_Today I am going to prepare garlic bread to make dough often make it and serve it with hot tea very healthy bread no need to eat it with this can add cheese

As well but I am not adding cheese today I love to eat a hot bite of garlic bread with coffee one of my favorite things is this so let’s begin

Take a large bowl put plain flour make 3 wells, and add sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast mix together. Add ½ cup warm water and mix it then adds beaten egg (keep 2 tbsp for later use)

Stir with a wooden spoon then add butter, stir until well-blended and look smooth and sticky dough. Put into the greased bowl

Cover with cling wrap then put in a warm place for 2 hours. Meanwhile, take a small bowl and put softened butter/margarine. Then add salt, garlic powder/crushed garlic, and parsley_Mix until well combined. Keep it in the fridge  




    After 2 hours, the dough will look very soft and hollow_Sprinkle with extra flour over the dough_Start folding using fingertips ( no kneading at all). Add a little more flour, fold again for a minute dust the work table with flour before putting the dough

    Flatten the dough by hand, cut it into 16 pieces with a dough cutter/pizza cutter, and shape it into balls. Sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking on the surface_Flatter the dough with fingers, and spread ½ tsp garlic butter on the dough. Fold into a half-moon then gather both corners creating a flower petal, repeat the same practice with all dough pieces

    Place and arrange a greased round baking pan. Now cover with loose cling wrap for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, turn on the oven and preheat at 250C for a half-hour

    30 minutes succeeding the dough has risen_Brush with the remaining whisked egg. Bake at 200 c or gas mark 4 in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown

      1. 2 cups or 250g, of plain flour/all-purpose flour
      2. 3 tbsp, granulated sugar
      3. 1 tsp, dry yeast instant
      4. ½ cup, of warm milk
      5. ½ tsp, salt
      6. 1 large, egg (beaten)
      7. 3 tbsp, soft butter at room temperature
      Ingredients for Garlic Butter:
      1. 1 cup, butter/margarine softened
      2. 1 tsp, fine salt
      3. 1 tsp, dried parsley
      4. 1 tsp, garlic powder/freshly ground
