Meat Curry is a simple, spiced, and tasteful gravy-based curry, this
basic Meat curry can be cooked by putting any kind of veggies and lentils. just
prepare this curry and freeze it to make a packet whenever you want to use just
take one out and add your desired vegetables or lentils. this prepared meat
curry can save you time as well
This Dish is the most convenient especially for working ladies even those brothers who are doing a job or studying abroad usually have less time to spend in the kitchen. and this recipe can work to save their time
Here I used beef you can use mutton, lamb, or even chicken
in this curry also can be added only tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves to make tomato meat curry
To serve with rotis/naan, the main ingredients are beef, onion, and ginger-garlic along with some additional seasoning that has been mentioned in the ingredients list
so let's begin
Tips:
- Before cooking any kind of meat put it into salty and white vinegar water so that any unpleasant smell goes away
- To prepare any kind of meat first combine all spices and roast them then add hot water bring to a boil and properly cover the lid and allow cooking over low-medium heat for around 30-40 minutes
- Using this method your meat can be easily tender within 40 minutes without using a pressure cooker
- Just add a small amount of any good brand tenderizer powder or papaya paste to the meat curry except chicken or any seafood
- You are cooking lamb, beef, chicken, or mutton before adding spices must stir fry well then add spices
- Applying this method of meat becomes so juicy and flavorful
- Ginger garlic paste and yogurt are good elements to remove the meat smell

Properly wash and clean meat under running water, take all ingredients, and prepare all veggies
Heat the oil in the pot then put onion, ginger garlic saute them for 2 minutes then add meat, Stir fry them over high heat until changes their color
Then reduce the heat and add dry powder spices, combine all spices into the meat
Add cumin and stir to combine well, put yogurt and stir well
Lastly, add papaya cubes and keep on stirring until the oil is separated, pour hot and boiled water into the meat curry and bring to a boil, and cook it by covering the lid till the meat is tender
Roast the meat until thicken gravy, now meat curry is ready to use in different recipes

Ingredients:
- 1 kg, beef/mutton/lamb/chicken with bones
- 3 medium, onions
- 1 tbsp, garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp, ginger
- 1 tbsp, papaya/kachri powder
- 100g, homemade yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp, cumin seeds
- 1 tsp, basic garam masala
- 1 tsp, red chili powder
- 2 tsp, coriander
- 1 tsp, red crushed chili powder
- 1 cup, cooking oil/olive oil
How to Make Basic Meat Curry?
- Heat the oil in the pot and put together onions, ginger, and garlic
- Sauté for a minute then add beef
- Fry them until changes their color
- Combine all spices red chili powder, crushed roasted coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and crushed roasted cumin seeds
- Stir to combine well together
- Now add yogurt and further mix well
- Add papaya cubes to the curry if you don’t have papaya then can be used meat tenderizer powder or kachri powder instead
- Roast the meat until the oil is separated
- Add hot and boiled water to the meat bring it to a boil and then cover the lid
- Let it cook over medium-low heat until the meat is tender
- After fully cooking the meat roast them until the oil is separated
- Now basic meat curry is ready to use in the different recipes
- This curry can be served with rotis, boiled and bagara rice with salad
