You can use a combination of red Kashmiri chili and dry red chili.to make this sauce. depending on your choice of how much you want to make it spicy and hot sauce, so let's begin

To prepare this recipe first soak the Kashmiri and dry red chilies

Blend the soaked red chilies in the blender jar

Peel and  chop ginger garlic

Place a saucepan on flame and heat the oil well, Now add chopped garlic and ginger and saute them for a minute on medium flame

Add red chili paste to the pan and stir it well

Cover the pan and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame, now remove the lid and add 100 ml water or approx 1/2 cup along with spices, stir to mix well

Now cover the pan again and allow to cook for about 15 minutes on low flame, After passing 15 minutes remove the lid and stir it, you will see oil has started to come to the top of the sauce which means the sauce is ready now

Remove from flame and let it  down cool completely      
                     



Now transfer to the jar, it can be served with any deep-fried items

Schezwan Sauce Whether you anticipate the thrill of creating a unique dish or the simple enjoyment of a delicious meal at home

Ingredients:
  1. 50g, Kashmiri red chili soaked in hot water for 1 hour
  2. 14g, red chili (medium spicy)soaked in hot water
  3. 15 cloves, garlic finely chopped
  4. 3 inch, piece of ginger finely chopped
  5. 3-4 tbsp, olive oil/any cooking oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsp, soya sauce
  8. 2 tsp, brown sugar unrefined ketchup can  be used instead of sugar
  9. 2 tbsp, white vinegar
How to make a Schezwan Sauce?
  1. Place a saucepan on flame and heat the oil well
  2. Now add chopped garlic and ginger and saute them for a minute on medium flame 
  3. Add red chili paste to the pan and stir it well
  4. Cover the pan and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame
  5. Now remove the lid and add 100 ml water or approx 1/2 cup
  6. Add soya sauce, sugar/ketchup salt white vinegar.
  7. Stir to mix well
  8. Now cover the pan again and allow to cook it for about 15 minutes on a low flame
    After passing 15 minutes remove the lid and stir it
    You will see oil has started to come on top of the sauce it means the sauce is ready now
  9. Remove from flame and let it  down cool completely
  10. Now transfer to the jar, it can be served with any deep-fried items
