Chowmein Pasta is a traditional Chinese delicious dish, that can cook within 30-40 minutes_ origin in Chinese cuisine, it is made with marinated fried chicken strips along with sautéed veggies with a few spices and sauces

Usually, people prepare chow mein with spaghetti/noodles but here I made some changes to this recipe and cook in my style_firstly I didn’t use ketchup as I don’t like using it in chow mein or any other type of Chinese cooking  secondly I cooked chow mein with pasta instead of noodles or spaghetti 
This will likely become one of your go-to dinner recipes because it's very easy to make yet it tastes so good besides a wholesome recipe

A big bowl of homemade chicken chow mein is way more satisfying and can be made with ease_tender pieces of chicken breast are marinated in salt, black pepper, cornflour, and white egg and then deep-fried until lightly browned_to add some crunch and a colorful combination of chopped vegetables like carrots, cabbage, spring onion, green or red capsicum are added, an authentic savory sauce coats each chewy Italian pasta for an irresistible dish the whole we love

Ingredients that are used in the recipe:
Meat: I used broiler chicken breast but the best part of the chicken is thigh meat that is also tender and juicy_i prefer using thigh instead of breast
Veggies: green cabbage, carrot, spring onion, and capsicum are added to the recipe but you can use any other veggies of your choice like peas, yellow and red pepper, purple cabbage, and beans  
Sauces: red chili sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce along with sesame oil which is the main ingredient of this recipe_adding sauce of your choice is up to you
I skipped adding ketchup and alternatively, added chili sauce in my recipe as I understand red chili sauce can enhance the taste of chow mein rather than ketchup
Ketchup is considered the main ingredient of the recipe alternatively can be used as chili sauce or garlic sauce as well
Spices: I used black pepper, salt, cornflour, white pepper, and chicken powder_you can use red chili flakes too if you are a spice lover
Chowmein noodles: this recipe can be used in many verities of noodles, spaghetti, egg noodles, Italian pasta, or macarons as well

Tips For Cooking:
I cook the chicken first in hot oil to create a lightly golden surface. The meat also gets an extra layer of texture from the small amount of cornstarch added to the marinade. The lean poultry cooks in just a few minutes and then gets transferred to a plate so it doesn’t dry out.

What Vegetables Go in Chow Mein:
Adding nutritious vegetables brings vibrant colors to the dish and more texture contrast. The cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and onions are sliced thin so they cook quickly and blend in nicely with everything

To make this recipe firstly marinate the chicken pieces rinse the chicken breast thoroughly and then cut it into strips and put it in the bowl

Marinate the cut pieces of chicken in a few spices to infuse flavor onto the surface of the protein for added flavor_Add cornflour, salt, black pepper, and white egg to the chicken

Stir to combine well and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes for marination       

                 


Boil the water with 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil in a large-sized pot_Bring it to a boil then put the pasta in the water and cook for around 7-8 minutes on the high-medium flame_Drain the pasta onto the colander then set aside

Chop the veggies lengthwise

Heat the oil in the wok and fry marinated chicken strips until evenly light brown_Drain the fried chicken strips on the plate

Set aside, Once all the ingredients are cut, fried, and ready to go, it’s time to stir-fry!

Heat the oil and add chopped ginger-garlic to the oil_Fry them for a minute on medium flame. Put chopped cabbage, carrots, and capsicum into the oil and sauté them together for 1-2 minutes on the high-medium flame

Then add half the quantity of spring onion and further, keep on stirring by adding green chilies slices. Stir-fried veggies hardly will take 3-4 minutes

Now lower the flame to low and start adding spices to the veggies such as black and white pepper, salt, and chicken powder

Keep on stirring further for a minute then put fried chicken strips

Keep mixing by adding soya sauce, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and white vinegar

Add sesame oil along with remaining green onion_Keep on stirring for 1-2 minutes on the high-medium flame

Turn off the flame and remove it from the stove

Chicken Corns soup is a simple yet nutritious soup recipe that requires boneless chicken and shredded corn kernels. This is easy to follow a budget-friendly recipe that you will surely love. I like this soup because the main ingredients are readily available anywhere — no matter which part of the world you are in. Aside from that, I think that the flavour and consistency of this soup are fantastic.

As for the corn, I used fresh baby corn. I needed the help of a food processor to shred the corn until it reached the state that I wanted. You do not have to do this if you want the easier way. Canned shredded corn kernels are sold in supermarkets. You may opt to use them instead.

To prepare Chicken Corn Soup, you need to take a pot or saucepan and add approximately 300 ml (1 jug) of water to it. Then, put some chicken in the pot with ginger, garlic, and salt and bring it to a boil on high flame. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot with a lid, and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

After simmering for 30 minutes, strain the soup to remove any solid particles. Discard the chicken bones, except for boneless chicken.

On the other hand, to prepare the spicy condiments, take three small bowls. In the first bowl, pour some vinegar, then add green chillies and salt. Mix them well and set the bowl aside. In the second bowl, pour some soya sauce and set it aside. In the third bowl, pour some hot red chilli sauce and keep it aside.

At serving time, shred boneless boiled chicken and peel eggs to use with soup.

Separate the white egg from the yolk

Place the stock pot on low heat. Add salt and Chinese salt, then stir well. Let it cook for 2 minutes on medium-low heat.

Add baby corn or sweet corn to the stock and stir well

Keep stirring the mixture while adding cornflour paste little by little.

Pour the beaten egg whites gradually, then stir slightly for 5 minutes on medium-low flame. At this stage, you can add shredded chicken

Prepare the soup by adding boiled eggs, shredded chicken, and soup sauces such as soya sauce, hot chilli sauce, and white vinegar with chillies. Enhance the taste of the soup by sprinkling chaat masala on top of it in a bowl.

Chicken Soupy Noodles with vegetables are my own version, which contains healthy ingredients like desi chicken, vegetables, the boiled egg which makes you an energetic  wholesome meal due to the content of desi yakhni
I will never prefer using instant noodles with spices makers they are based on harmful chemicals, The soup mix has a high amount of sodium and many preservatives and chemicals that are very dangerous. 

The instructions on many instant noodles tell you to allow the noodles to cool before you add the soup mix, which hints at dangerous chemicals that should not be exposed to heat. You can add simple spices to the noodles, which taste and look just as delicious or even more. The total cooking time is only five minutes. I have shared in my previous post to make homemade noodles masala at home but due to some maintenance blog right away not available on my blog inshallah soon I will resend my recipe
I was quite amazed when I tried my own masala using noodles, an unbelievable taste came out you will try it just as I share my recipe again

A bit long process to make it but it tastes very yummy and delicious people can use it for diet purposes, I prepared it with a few spices and sauces along with veggies and chicken to enhance the taste, added hot chili sauce but not use in it if you want you can use so let's begin

how to make chicken soupy noodles


    Take a large pan put all desi chicken bone/neck add 300 ml water with spices bring it to a boil cover the lid and let it cook for around 4 to 45 minutes on medium flame

    Meanwhile cut the chicken boneless into small pieces


    In a small bowl add spices to the chicken mix them well keep in the fridge for about 20 minutes for marination

    On the other hand in a saucepan add water mix some salt, and bring to a boil place eggs into the boiling water, and let it cook for 15 minutes on high flame afterward shift into the cold water and peel

    Prepare all the veggies and mushrooms. keep aside

    Place a fry pan/wok on the stove add 1 tbsp olive oil heat it and stir fry all veggies for 6 to 8  minutes.

    In the pan/wok add oil heat it and shallow fry chicken cubes for 5 minutes take them out and keep them aside.

    Strain the chicken yakhni (stock) and discard all bones keep aside

    Take a large-sized pot to add water, salt and a few drops of oil bring it to a boil then add noodles allow to cook it 7 to 8 minutes

    Then remove from the flame and discard all water drizzle some oil drop over the noodles mix it keep aside

      Take another large capacity pot and pour yakhni place on the stove, then prepare ingredients to the stock and stir to combine well

      Now add sauces to the noodles stir to combine well let it bring to a boil, at this stage, you can adjust the salt to taste_if you like a thick soup can be added to cook them another 5 minutes and then remove from the flame.
