Spicy Noodles Recipe

Spicy Noodles
are a staple food in many cultures, origin noodles are Chinese, t
hese mouthwatering spicy Chinese noodles are the most savory and irresistible noodles you'll ever have. It only requires six ingredients. Make and slurp!
The noodles:
The most important question is which type of noodles should use?
You can use any wheat noodles, egg noodles or ribbon noodles in this recipe I used shanghai Noodles packet you can purchase any good brand of noodles
The sauce:
The sauce is what makes these spicy Chinese noodles so irresistible. Soya sauce, vinegar, and hot chili with some seasoning                                    


The main ingredients are:
I used only boiled egg, noodles, homemade spicy noodles masala, and tomato, you can variation of your desired vegetables, chicken even mince as well as hot chili sauce and vinegar

I am making spicy noodles from my homemade spicy noodles masala if you are making for kids then add my 2nd chicken noodles masala powder it isn’t spicy at all additionally I used 1 cup of water for 100g noodles you can increase the quantity of water if you want to keep thin consistency of  noodles
Note: I have already shared my homemade noodles masala powder in my previous post
  1. To prepare noodles you can boil it before assembling them for the time saving
  2. As desired you can add vegetables, chicken even prawns  for enhancing the proportion of nutrition
  3. Instead of using water, you can add chicken stock too but you have to care to add noodles masala just because yakhni already is salty along with noodles spices
  4. Either you can use stock without salt or chicken cubes as well
  5. Peas and carrot a bit hard vegetables so before adding these vegetables you blanch them in the hot water for 2-3 minutes
How to blanch?
Boil the water very well then put carrot or peas allow to cook over high heat for just 2-3 minutes then drain them out
  1. Must stir Fried vegetables before adding in the noodles 
  2. Never add raw vegetables to the noodles

    In the saucepan pour water and salt then place the eggs, bring it to boil then let it cook around 10 minutes on high flame, peel and chop them coarsely, peel and chop the tomato keep aside


    Pour 4 cups water and butter in the pot/saucepan, then add tomato and spicy noodles masala


    Stir to combine and bring it to boil then put noodles in the hot spiced water, stir to mix well and allow to cook them around 2 minutes over low-medium heat


    Then add soya sauce and boiled eggs, stir to mix well noodles and adjust salt and spice at this stage, allow to cook another a minutes, Turn off the flame and transfer to the serving bowl


    Spicy noodles are ready to eat and serve 


    Serve hot with coffee and tea

    Chicken Soupy Noodles with vegetables are my own version, which contains over healthy ingredients like desi chicken, vegetable, the boiled egg which makes you energetic  wholesome meal due to content on desi yakhni
    I will never prefer using instant noodles with spices makers they are based on harmful chemicals, The soup mix has a high amount of sodium and many preservatives and chemicals that are very dangerous. 

    The instructions on many instant noodles tell you to allow the noodles to cool before you add the soup mix, which hints at dangerous chemicals that should not be exposed to heat. You can add simple spices to the noodles, which taste and look just as delicious or even more. Total cooking time is only five-ten minutes. Enjoy steamy, warm goodness without the danger.

    I have shared in my previous post to make homemade noodles masala at home but due to some maintenance blog right away not available in my blog but inshallah soon I will resend my recipe
    I was quite amazed when I tried my own masala using noodles, unbelievable taste come out you will try just as I share my recipe again

    A bit long process to make it but have in taste is very yummy and delicious people can use it as a diet purpose, I prepared with a few spices and sauces along with veggies and chicken  for enhancing taste can be added hot chili sauce but I did not use in it if you want you can use so let's begin

      Take a large pan put all desi chicken bone/neck add 300 ml water with spices bring it to boil cover the lid and let it cook around 4o to 45 minutes on medium flame

      Meanwhile cut the chicken boneless into small pieces

      In a small bowl add spices to the chicken mix them well keep in the fridge about 20 minutes for marination 

      The other hand in a saucepan add water mix some salt, bring to boil place eggs into the boiling water, and let it cook for 15 minutes on high flame afterward shift into the cold water and peel 

      Prepare all the veggies and mushrooms. keep aside

      Place a frypan/wok on the stove add 1 tbsp olive oil heat it and stir fry all veggies for 6 to 8  minutes.

      In the pan/wok add oil heat it and shallow fry chicken cubes for 5 minutes take them out and keep them aside.

      Strain the chicken yakhni (stock) and discard all bones keep aside

      Take a large-sized pot to add water, salt and a few drops of oil bring it to boil then add noodles allow to cook it 7 to 8 minutes 

      Then remove from the flame and discard all water drizzle some oil drop over noodles mix it keep aside                                      


        Take another large capacity pot and pour yakhni place on the stove, then prepared ingredients to the stock stir to combine well 


        Now add sauces to the noodles stir to combine well let it bring to boil, at this stage, you can adjust salt to taste_if you like to thick soup can be added cornstarch_Allow to cook them another 5 minutes and then remove from the flame.

        Now transfer to the serving bowl. now ready to hot serve.

          Spaghetti With Minced Meat is a very yummy and delicious wholesome spicy and flavored meal which is  basically origin from Italian cuisine is prepared with different styles main ingredients are mince, cream and spaghetti along with few spices are used

          This is another variation of spaghetti with mince, I guess all those who like minced meat and spaghetti will love this, cook your spaghetti last and have it warm with the minced meat or you can toss them up both together with a little bit of olive
          Adding cream makes it saucy and mouthwatering meal, you can skip this is optional

          My all-time favorite meal is a bit longer than simple salan roti
          Most kids even love this food, their hot favorite meal, so I am gonna share this yummy recipe special for kids so let's come to know how to make it step by step
          Note, if you are making spaghetti for your kids then here you can skip hot chili garlic sauce can be used simple tomato ketchup instead of hot chili garlic sauce

            Firstly pour 3 liters water in the pot

            Bring it to boil then add salt and 2 tbsp olive oil then add spaghetti 

              Let it cook for around 10-12 minutes

                Once the spaghetti is boiled then drain them out through a strainer

                Then again pass them through cold water set aside, meantime chopped onion and garlic

                  Pour the oil and heat it

                  Fry the onion-garlic till turns to brown

                  Add mutton mince and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame until water dries out

                  Add capsicum and black pepper powder

                    Add hot chili garlic sauce, stir to mix well for 3-4 minutes then add mixed herbs further stir to combine well, pour 1 cup of water and stir well till mince sauce is thicken  

                      Then Add boiled spaghetti, cream, and salt 
                      stir to combine well

                      Spaghetti Bolognese is ready to eat

                      Serve hot to your kids, friends, and family
