Chicken Chunks is the most popular recipe many brands are making with different names. which is so costly everyone can’t afford as well this recipe is also called ready to cook so I thought should make homemade chicken chunks and share them with all with pictures I am sharing 2 types of chicken chunks ingredients. The main ingredients are used like chicken boneless, bread slices, egg, and some seasoning required to make it                     

How to Use It?
Chicken tikka chunks can be used  to make pizza, sandwiches, bun burgers, roll paratha, biryani noodles, pasta, and macaroni  even as an evening snack and for the guest too
How to Serve it?
Chicken Tikka Chunks are served with sauce and ketchup

Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small cubes set aside


Ground the garlic and ginger paste in the mortar or grinder jug and set aside


Squeeze the lemon juice in the cup


Remove the stalk of green chilies, Peel, and cut the onion roughly. Make the powder of cinnamon stick. On the plate add some water soak the bread slices and squeeze slices very well set aside                             



Grind the onion and green chilies for a minute, then put the chicken in the food processor. Grind them further


Add ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice to the chicken, grind them further, now add soaked slices in the processor, grind them well with chicken


Add homemade chicken tikka masala, to taste, and mix them again for a minute


Now transfer to the microwave tray, evenly spread the chicken mixture over the baking tray with the help of a spatula


Wrap the chicken mixture with the plastic cling, then lightly press it with the fingers so that spread evenly from all sides


    Put in the microwave for 10-15 minutes tills noticeable golden brown color


    Take it out from the microwave, remove the plastic

    Cut into a small cube shape or as the desired  size


    Now chicken chunks are ready to use in different recipes, transfer all chunks to the Ziploc bag for freezing


    Just 5 minutes before using you take it out from the freezer and then use it as needed

    Note If you don’t want spicy tikka chicken chunks you can add the above ingredients of chicken chunks except chat masala rest of the method and preparation will follow the same...


    It's a quick, tasty bite! Whip up a batch of crispy-coated chicken chunks in your microwave. They're perfect for dipping.

    Ingredients of Chicken Chunks:
    1. 300g, chicken boneless
    2. 1 large, bread slice if medium then use 2 slices
    3. 4, fresh red and green chilies
    4. ½ tsp, salt
    5. 1 tsp, ginger garlic paste freshly ground
    6. 1 tsp, lemon juice
    7. ½ tsp, cinnamon powder
    8. 1 tsp, black peppercorn powder freshly ground
    9. 1 tsp, chaat masala for garnishing
    10. 2 tbsp, homemade fried onion
    11. Plastic cling as required
    How to Make the Chicken Chunks?
    1. In the food processor add onion and green chilies
    2. Grind them very well
    3. Then put the chicken and further grind them until finely ground
    4. Now combine the lemon juice and soaked bread slices
    5. Chop them together for 2 minutes
    6. Note chicken mixture should be smooth and finely ground otherwise, it will not make good
    7. Once the chicken mixture blends well add tikka masala
    8. Mix them well through the chopper machine for a minute
    9. Transfer to any microwave baking tray/plate
    10. Tap the tray and evenly spread it with the help of a spatula
    11. Cover it with the plastic ceiling
    12. Keep in the microwave for 10-15 minutes or till turns golden brown color
    13. Take the tray out from the microwave then remove the plastic ceiling over chunks
    14. Cut into small cubes or what you want to keep the size of chunks
    15. Now chunks are ready to use in recipes
    16. You can freeze them in the Ziploc bag when you want to use just take them out for 5 minutes then shallow/deep fry them and serve them with the ketchup, sauce, and tea coffee
    17. Note: if you don’t want to use a microwave or you don’t have then you can do one thing
    18. In the pot place a grill/wrack in the center of the pot
    19. Pour extremely hot water and place the chicken chunks pan over the wrack/grill
    20. Cover the lid then let it steam for ½ hour over a medium-low flame
    21. And if you have a steamer then can be used easily
    22. in the steamer, you must use a utensil pan for chicken chunks except for plastic or melamine
